The heated gunite pool is 20 x 40-feet with a fieldstone surround, and poolside lounge area. In addition to the large fieldstone patio at the main house, there is an Pergola shaded deck with comfortable seating and hot tub. Outdoor shower is next to hot tub.

Behind 7 acres are hiking trails in State forest. Bike path access at end of Oyster Pond Road.
Included with the rental is the use of the owner's 2 kayaks and stand up paddle board and Boston Whaler to cross Oyster Pond to a private, sandy south shore, ocean beach (used by Presidents Clinton and Obama in past summers.)
