HEATED, salt water, INGROUND POOL NEW FOR 2022!! Just off Katama Road, across from “the llama mansion”, walk around the corner to the Katama General Store, and South Beach is just up the road. Everyone’s favorite place to be, for walking, biking, and sightseeing. Main house living area is open concept and bright; includes a sunroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms, and offers a chef kitchen for foodies; Cottage is open, bright and cozy. Main home renovated 2021, pool installed 2022. Main house sleeps ten, cottage six. Both homes have their own outdoor living space and outdoor showers. Few properties in Edgartown can boast of all these amenities! Enjoy making memories with your family as our property offers everything you need for the best vacation!

We first visited Martha's Vineyard in 2009 on a family vacation. We immediately fell in love with the Island, and particularly the Edgartown area. We first purchased a home a bit further away from the Village, and were lucky enough to find this unique, gem of a property in walking distance to the Village, but in Katama. We enjoy going to the various beautiful beaches, fishing, lots of cycling, attending the Trustee events, shopping in the various boutiques, going to the Y, hiking, and many other amazing activities the Island has to offer!!

Why they chose this property

This property can accommodate large families so comfortably! It offers so much privacy, but at the same time, allows for a stroll into Edgartown Village, and the Katama General Store is just around the corner for morning coffee, or a quick pizza or sushi pickup! There is plenty of parking and can be rented as a family compound for the first two weeks of August, comfortably accommodating 26 people!!

What makes this property unique

A very versatile, pristine new, comfortable decor, with lots of space, ideally located, and offers a heated, in-ground pool with a large blue-stone patio and plenty of grass for yard games, etc.
