New Custom Built Home With A Pool In Edgartown

This is a lovely 5 bedroom custom built home with an in ground 16 x 32 foot heated salt water pool with a blue stoned patio build in 2017! The pool cabana is equipped with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating to enjoy the pool, flat screened TV or view of the fire. Inside you will find soft breezy colors in every room that compliment all furnishings and artwork. The spacious first floor kitchen, dining and living can accommodate 10 with ease and grace. Just steps toward the end of this room has a magnificent view of the pool and outdoor fireplace all of which are equipped with plenty of loungers, a flat screened TV and an enclosed outdoor shower. On the second floor is where one has many choices to sleep the night away. There is a grand master suite with a fabric tufted King size bed, view of the pool and a large en suite bathroom of beautiful tile work in the walk in shower and a relaxing tub. Over the garage is the second master suite with a private entrance for those who desire extra privacy. This room is staged with a comfortable sofa, flat screened TV, a Queen size bed and a private bathroom of tub/shower. Just next door is a Queen size bedroom which leads you back to the remaining bedrooms of another Queen size bedroom and a set of Twin beds with a shared hall bathroom of tub/shower. The lower level offers an extra space for additional sleeping, game room and another bathroom. There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway. It's location is an easy stroll to the downtown area of Edgartown where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, beaches, the harbor, shuttle bus, bike paths, museums or just a place to sit and enjoy the sights on Martha's Vineyard. Stop and Shop right behind the house, just behind the fence makes grocery shopping and cooking an easy option.

I had an amazing stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great visit. The location was perfect — quiet and relaxing but still super a close walk to Edgartown center. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect MV getaway!!

Great Location

This was the perfect location in Edgartown. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the downtown area. You can easily bike ride to town. The house was gorgeous with a pool and everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

We had a great time. The location is quiet and very convenient to EVERYTHING -- retail shopping, food shopping, great restaurants, and more! It was a last-minute rental and a decision that we do not regret. I will add that having a saltwater pool on the property on the days we did not want to venture out was a very nice amenity!

Perfect Vineyard Escape

The home itself is beautiful and well thought out new construction that is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The inground pool and outdoor fireplace offer a fantastic relaxed setting outdoors. The location is walking distance to Edgartown and shopping and a short drive to beaches. It's a family friendly home that accommodates children well with recreation outdoors and in the finished basement. We had a great time!! .

Beautiful MV Getaway

We had a wonderful time on MV while staying in this beautiful home. The home is spacious snd has most anything you would need!! Plenty of space for big families to spread out or come together. Evenings in the cabana in front of the fire were some of our favorite moments. Matt was easy to communicate with and responsive. House is well kept!

Amazing House and Location!

The house is amazing! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a large group (we were a group of 9 adult women). So close to everything on the island and it was an easy walk to town for dinner. There were many seating areas in the house that allowed for both fun game environments but also allowed for those who wanted to slip away for a little quiet. Matt was very “available” throughout our stay even though he had everything set for our arrival and the house required no contact.

Lovely Edgartown house with beautiful saltwater pool, walkable to town & restaurants

The location is ideal - just a short, easy walk to Edgartown which made exploring the charming town so convenient. The house itself has a seamless indoor/outdoor flow that encouraged everyone to maximize their vacation. The design has a perfectly coordinated New England beach chic throughout that really captures that coastal vibe. The great room was spacious enough for our entire group to gather for meals, card games, and long conversations. The layout worked perfectly for our multi-generational family. The basement was a nice bonus, offering an overflow room with 4 bunk beds and media/ TV area. It was a huge hit with our teenaged kids. The second floor reading nook provided the perfect quiet retreat when anyone needed some alone time. All the beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of high-quality towels and linens.The saltwater pool was definitely a highlight - the customizable heat and jet features were great, and we spent hours there daily. The professional landscaping was lovely and made it a joy to eat on the patio or play in the yard. We were also thrilled to find beach supplies (chairs, sand toys, umbrellas) and bike equipment in the garage, all of which really helped us hit the ground running on day one.

Great House

A beautifully outfitted home with lovely top of the line details. The house was clean and lovely. The kitchen was gorgeous and so fun to cook in (we even brought in a private chef)! The outdoor area was perfect to relax and the cabana was a bonus both on a hot sunny day as well as an overcast day. Centrally located and easy walking distance.

Beautiful home and great owner

My family and I loved staying at this beautiful home. We enjoyed walking into town multiple times daily and spending hours in the pool. The owner was kind, helpful and available as needed for questions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

A gorgeous large new home with an incredible pool in downtown Edgartown

A large group of us recently stayed here and it was fabulous! The house and grounds were beautiful and everyone was comfortable in the ample bedrooms available. Number of baths were perfect accommodations for the 13 people that stayed in the home. The first floor open floor plan is stunning with a direct view of the pool/poohouse and more than enough room to entertain all of our guests. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all we needed (kuerig, utensils, large range, island, etc.). There is even an additional Refrigerator which was exactly what we needed for our food and refreshments. Everything has been thought out perfectly in this house. The fact that it is on it’s own private road in downtown Edgartown gives it a unique sense of privacy. The outdoor space was amazing. Great pool with a remote control to take advantage of the lights and the deck jets on the pool! There is also a wonderful Poolhouse with a Fireplace and TV which makes for a very cozy setting at night. Matt and Lisa (the owners) were great to work with from start to finish and we will be back next year! Highly recommended!
