Cozy in Cache Valley 2 bedroom home

About this space
This is a spacious 2 bedroom home only 3 blocks from main street and 9 blocks from USU. It is priced for value until we can make a few more improvements. There are small imperfections as it is an older home but it is clean, comfortable, and cozy in a safe neighborhood. It is suitable for up to four adults and up to four children if the children are OK to sleep on a futon.
The space
There are 2 bedrooms. The green room off of the living room has a King size bed and futon as well as a fireplace with an electric insert. The brown room off of the kitchen has a Queen size bed and a futon. The kitchen is spacious with a dining table and everything needed to cook a meal. There is a full bathroom with tub, shower, and sink. The living room has a small sectional couch and TV. There is a small bedroom that is in great need of an update but it is a functional office if needed.
Guest access
Our manager currently uses the garage but there is parking at the back off to the side by the house. And plenty of more parking in the long driveway if needed. One would probably want a car to get around, but it is fairly close to bus stops and if the weather is good, biking is a good option as well.
Other things to note
The front porch has 2 chairs and a little side table for relaxing in the shade. The backyard needs a lot of improvement but it is very large. There’s currently an old picnic table on the back patio. There is a fence that encloses is about 90% of it. We are hoping to put a fire pit in a hot tub back there someday.
