Great Stay

We were in town visiting with family and found this house to be very comfortable and very clean. House is much larger than appears in photos. Next time we’ll have to bring friends!

Love the cleanliness of the home. Very spacious. Love how they had thought of everything for the pets, including the treats. Would definitely recommend this home. My first time renting from Vrbo and owner answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Family Graduation

House was great. Love the location and kid friendly neighborhood. Buying an axe throwing game now lol and kids had fun playing basketball. Couldnt find frisbee or basketball so we bought one. Beds are very comfortable. Felt safe for walking. Would definitely recommend. We had a 4 adults with 5 kids ranging from 1yr to 14yrs and plenty of room.

Great house for a family get together

This was a great place for eight family members of three generations for a long weekend in Clayton visiting local family. All four of the bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The house was spotless. We enjoyed the living room with large TV and plenty of seating. Coffeemaker and kitchen were great. We were able to walk to downtown Clayton. We did not have time to use the spacious yard and cool yard games. Our host was very responsive. We definitely will look to this VRBO for future stays in the area.

Perfect Home for Family-Great Location

My wife, grown kids and grandkids attended a family reunion in Smithfield and stayed at this home as our base rather than staying in a hotel. Beautiful older home with some upgraded fixtures. Impeccably clean on arrival. Has everything a family would need. So much nicer than a hotel to sit around and have coffee in the morning all together and not in a hotel lobby. My grandson and I played foosball all weekend! Great location to downtown. We took a Walk Saturday morning to downtown and found a great breakfast in a little diner. Working with Troy (owner) was great.

Spacious welcoming home

This home is very spacious. Our family of six celebrated Thanksgiving here and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all basic utensils, cookware and little extras. The beds were very comfortable. The entire house was immaculately clean. We also loved the proximity to charming downtown Clayton. We walked there several times from the house… just a few blocks. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. We will definitely return.

Very pleased with our recent visit. Everything was just as described & maybe even better in person. There was plenty of room for our small family reunion, including our “Sadie” girl. Also appreciative of Troy’s very prompt response when I reached out both before & during our visit. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
