Welcome to Breakwater, located in Central Lake Havasu, Az. We hope you love our quiet cul-de-sac as much as we do. As you drive in you'll see that neighbors are limited put the parking is plenty. Pull in your boat, trailer or RV, enjoy the shaded parking on those hot days and unload for a fun packed adventure. The open floor plan and large kitchen give plenty of space for our guest to enjoy and relax. The primary bedroom has a large king memory foam bed and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with a twin trundle underneath if needed. Bedroom 3 has two full beds for those who enjoy the company of others and bedroom 4 has private access with a full bunk house and gaming system. If you love to be entertained enjoy some yoga, a dip in the pool, ping pong, cornhole or pickle ball. We are minutes from the launch ramp and you can ride out directly from the cul-de-sac into the trails. We hope you care for and love our home as much as we do.

There was everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, the pool and back yard was very inviting. Very quite neighborhood and friendly. If ever this way again would must definitely be back.

Amazing home and host!

We loved our stay here. The home had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable in every way. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. Lots of games available from ping pong table to cornhole. Monique was very responsive and super nice. Home is amazing, and has plenty of room for a large family! Would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Friendly, Responsive and Above All, Clean!

We loved our stay in Lake Havasu! The place was everything it was advertised to be and we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the home. There were also ample supplies to support the number of guests we had, including a plethora of towels, trash bags, soap, etc. We've stayed in places before where our group of 10-13 were expected to get by with two trash bags and a dozen towels, so this was a welcome surprise. Our host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We would absolutely recommend this place and might even return in the future. Thank you for a great week!
