The condo features wood flooring, central air, two Smart TV's, and a fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

Enjoy your morning coffee by the water, walk to the beach, explore nearby restaurants and attractions, or simply relax in the quieter canal-side setting. The convenient Midtown locations makes the condo a great home base for beach trips, weekend getaways, Ocean City events, and longer stays throughout the year.

The unit is located on the first floor with easy walk-in access and no elevator required. One reserved parking space is included, with free street parking nearby for additional vehicles.
