PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION..It lets you know everything you need.Located at 106A 120th st. Unit 304
Located on a canal with a HUGE balcony to enjoy coffee in the am or dinner in the evening on the water.
Everything is with in 2 blocks walking distance. CVS, Food Lion, WAWA, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11, Crabcake Factory, Green Turtle and a bunch more.
Awesome fireworks view every sunday night from the balcony. Beautiful Sunsets and sunrise views as well. This place has everything you will ever need.
You WONT be disappointed at all.
Book in the winter time for a nice weekend away with a cozy fireplace.
You can be on the huge balcony and see the bay and ocean or on the front balcony walkway and see the kids playing in the pool... A big Plus

The condo was what was advertised and suited the family well. Please be sure to read all of the information sent to you. We know the area well so the pool, shopping and restaurants were great.

So I’m assuming this guest left just 4 stars due to the fact she didn’t read the entire description of the property and amenities. The first night there I get a message that there were no sheets on the beds and how was I to resolve this issue. Well… If you had read the property description and amenities as it says in BOLD to do then you might have seen where it said to bring your own linens and paper products. It gives the sheet sizes and everything. She wanted to argue with me that she didn’t get it the welcome packet with that in it, however I mentioned to her that she must have due to the fact the door code is in that welcome packet VRBO sends you and that if she knew there were no sheets then she was in the condo and had gotten the code from the welcome packet! It’s a shame we were penalized for their lack of preparation.

We had a fantastic time at this condo, lots of fun places within walking distance and the walk to the beach wasn't bad even with 3 kids and no beach wagon. The pool access was very convenient and everything so easy. We would definitely stay here again. The condo is a great size, nicely decorated and the view from the back balcony was so pretty at night. 10/10

Beautiful space, so clean & pretty. Loved every bit of it. The host was great with communication. The kids loved the pool. We had so much fun !!I know the listing says you must bring your own paper/linen products etc - but I wasn’t prepared for what that entailed and do think clear instructions should be added (toilet paper, dish soap, bathing towels, sheets/etc) because we did have to go out and buy that stuff - but despite that it was 1000% worth every bit!! Loved it.

Wonderful!

We had such a great vacation at this condo in Ocean City! The property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and the proximity to everything was great! And the views from the balconies were spectacular--especially the fireworks!

This property was stunning, very clean and we loved everything about it! It was a beautiful condo with lots of room for our families to stay together. The owner was responsive, helpful and kind.
