There are two master suites at Miramar Beach Villas 105! The first-floor master suite has a big-screen TV, an over-sized walk-in closet, and an en-suite master bathroom. Meanwhile, the roomy second master suite is located on the second floor with an en-suite walk-in shower. The additional two bedrooms are spread out across the three generous floors of this luxurious vacation Villa. A bonus bunk beds with TVs is located in the hallway for the youngster. Miramar Beach Villas allows you to enjoy your vacation away from any seasonal crowds. On-site amenities include a sparkling community pool and BBQ grill located in our private porch. We offer free beach service set up daily by La Doce Vita during March-October, a total value of $350 if order from La Doce Vita. This townhouse is less than 2 minute walk to our white powder-soft sand beaches!

Wonderful, relaxing trip

We had a trip with my husband’s brother/family and his parents, plus our two children. The home was perfect for several families to share and have privacy for everyone. The owner of the home was in touch with me several times to make sure our stay was going well or answer questions that I had. He was very kind and accommodating. The home is in a great location. The private beach area prevented people from being right on top of us at the beach and we especially enjoyed the chairs and umbrella provided. Our children enjoyed the pool as well. The only thing that could be improved upon is that there are absolutely no pantry items. I’ve never stayed in a rental that did not at least have salt, pepper and sugar. There is a Winn Dixie only one mile away so that was easily remedied, but I would have brought basic staples with me if I had known that. I am already making plans to come back with some of my sisters to stay at this property again. Thank you!

We were really close to the beach access gate. Also the swimming pool was just a few houses down. The kids loved the built in bunks with television!

Cool enough

Rain and cool weather did not dampen our vacation spirits thanks to the friendly confines of the Miramar villas. Every room…. every bed, rather had a TV equipped with Netflix and cable. 4 rooms had their own access to an outdoor porch/veranda. This allowed for additional space for our very large family to relax during breaks in the weather. The only dig, albeit a small one, is the kitchen. Not quite the right size for the space/ number of beds. Also, not a big deal, but first VRBO stay that we had to supply our own bottle opener/ corkscrew. Lol. Most places we have stayed had an accumulation of corkscrews. Distance to the beach was awesome. Pool was clean. Grill worked great!

Great place to stay!

This property was clean, roomy, and close to the beach and shopping. The pictures on the Vrbo site was exactly what the property looked like. Well maintained!

Why they chose this property

It is a hidden gem because it is VERY close to the beach, and it is very spacious with convenient reserved parking right in front of the Villa. Just outside of the complex is extra wide walk path and biking.
