This wonderful RESORT compound is located in Bridge Harbor next to the Inter-coastal Waterway & is a ONE OF A KIND property!! IT IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR TWO FAMILIES TO OWN!! Plus, it is a great short term rental in the summer! .130 ft front dock space to tie up a boat. Also there is green lights that come on automatically for night fishing. A private personal pool overlooking the canal and marina plus multiple deck areas for fishing and crabbing make this home great for families and fun! Along with multiple areas to hang out, entertain and cook, there is a downstairs half bath & fridge as well as a new mosquito system! This fabulous home has a huge Great Room, two separate kitchens & breakfast areas, a master suite, guest room and a den area on the main level. Upstairs is a large game room being used as a bunk room for kids, as well as two more guest rooms. Enjoy the great views from numerous decks on each level. Only 5 minutes from Surfside Beach!

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.
In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
