The Host was great! The kitchen was outfitted perfectly for our needs. The decks were great for some beautiful sunrise and sunset pictures. We enjoyed our first visit to Surfside as a family of 11.

Our stay was great. The host was responsive and helpful. Location was perfect for fishing and beach going. We had a wonderful time. One of the group had to work a couple of days and the wifi was perfect. My husband and friend found a canoe. They patch it up and used it to go fishing. It was awesome. All credit to Flex-Seal.

We had a great time! The property felt like a home away from home with all the amenities and accessories you could need to have a comfortable stay. Lots of room, great access to the beach and bay. Beautiful view! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The owners were quick with communication. The only complaint was the door was a little tricky to open - but even that was a small detail that didn’t take away from the rest of the weekend. My family and I will definitely visit again!

We love this property with it being right on little drum bay for launching our kayaks to fish and close proximity to the beach for the family. We had our daughters first birthday at this house four years ago and had our sons first birthday here this year. The owners are very prompt and personal which is big for us. We have rented other places in surfside and nothing even compares to the Barron's house. We will only rent from them. Thank yall for another wonderful vacation!

They had everything we needed, plenty of pillows and blankets. They even had throw blankets. Just need to take or pick up some waters to brush your teeth and for drinking. its well water there and it doesn't smell to good. . We had a wonderful time in this beautiful 4 bedroom house.

Fantastic location for large families. Pet friendly too! Great beds, sheets, air conditioning, dock, location, and a ton more. Supremely happy with our visit to this home. Had every kitchen gadget you could imagine! From boiling pots to an air fryer to lemon juicer, microplane for Parmesan and zesting, to hand mixers, etc! Grateful for a welcoming home for my family memories that were made. Thanks to the wonderful hosts!

We had a wonderful time with our family here. My only complaint is, the bed in the room near the kitchen, was quite uncomfortable. Other than that it's a great house to stay at.

Beautiful home and location! It had just about everything we needed for our stay! First time ever staying at a vacation rental and it was definitely worth it! Even though it rained the first couple days of our stay we had plenty to do while we stayed at the house! Thank yall for sharing your home! Make sure and bring some kind of mosquito repellant.

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed the home. There were seven of us Ian’s we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful views of the bay. Enjoyed fishing at the pier and we look forward to visiting again!

The property was very clean and contained everything you you could need for a comfortable stay. I was impressed by how well the kitchen was stocked with accessories necessary to cook any meal. The beach was only a two minute ride and there was a hot/cold shower to rinse off in before entering the hose. The entire family enjoyed the stay.

Bay home w a view

Wonderful weekend getaway with family- kids age 2 to 86! Great bay home with a wonderful view of the bay and sunset providing great bird watching. Beach just a short walk away. We had a great time and hope to return.

Annual Get Together

Great Stay!

We highly recommend this home! It was beautiful staying right on the bay and out of the hustle and bustle of the city! We enjoyed the dock and sitting on the upper patio watching the sunsets! Our grandkids loved riding their scooters on the patio and it was great being so close to the beach! Most days the beach was pretty empty so we felt like we had it all to ourselves! We would love to stay again!

Grandson’s wedding

Families from Iowa and Wisconsin gathered to help with and attend a wedding. The kitchen had what was needed to prepare meals and food for the families and a rehearsal dinner (off site). The large dining table was appreciated. Beach and bay activities ARE the best of both worlds. Would definitely stay there again.
