We are a couple working in the video game industry. We have traveled a lot around the world and are now established near Montréal. We love the Eastern Townships and decided to buy this condo, just a few minutes away from Mount Orford in 2022 after falling in love with it! We are now renting it to guests so they can discover this beautiful region, enjoy the fun outdoor activities nearby and relax in our condo!

Why they chose this property

What we enjoy the most about this condo is the view and the calmness. The Cheery River is right behind the building and we can hear it from our balcony! This condo is also perfectly located, in the heart of the Canton d'Orford Village, a few minutes away from the mountain, golf and bike paths. Just 10 minutes from Magog and it's beautiful village and good restaurants. It's also close to the vibrant city of Sherbrooke (20 minutes), and near highway 10 (1h15 to Montréal).

What makes this property unique

It's located on the 3rd floor, with very high ceilings and beatiful views of the woods and Mount Orford - just perfect!
