New high end kitchen cabinets with soft closing drawers, new stainless steel appliances, all new plumbing and electrical, Bosh washer & dryer, tankless water heater, luxury vinyl flooring with partial carpeting (that can be removed if preferred), plantation shutters on all windows, remodeled bathroom and chique furniture complimenting life style living. Condo comes with designated parking spot under building, double bicycle rack & exterior storage great for beach chairs & toys. have enjoyed this location before. Doesn’t disappoint. Great location to access beach, restaurants, retail especially on bikes. Beautiful views of canal, Well equipped unit. We will return!

Great location in Sanibel

My family & I stayed here for the first time and it was very clean & easy to check-in. This unit is on a canal next to the main channel. We caught ladyfish in the evenings and saw dolphin in the cancel every other day. We also saw a few manatees. As long as you dont mind a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and only one bathroom then I'd check out this condo. Its also about 100 yards from a bay side beach and boat ramp.

Nice Condo overall. We would stay there again. Our kids loved the twin beds. A couple things to know about the place. The A/C to the bedroom is not as strong as to the other bedroom. Not a big issue but see next. Great to have laundry. The dryer takes a very longtime to dry. Also makes the main bedroom really hot. Don’t run at night unless you like a hot room. The pool is not very warm for the winter. Most places on Sanibel have warmer pools. We asked the pool guy a couple of times and he put the temperature up a couple of degrees. Big difference having a little warmth. Our kids love to swim and this is a big reason we go to Sanibel during winter break every year.

Not Clean

We arrived at the property to find we were on the third floor. No elevator. Dragging heavy bags up two flights of stairs in very hot humid weather was awful. Small bugs were all over the master bedroom bed. They looked like maybe noseeums. I called the property manager and they first said they'd send someone with new bedding. They called later and said no, they didn't have any king bedding but they'd get me clean bedding the next day. I ended up washing the sheets and sleeping without a comforter. Sheets with cardboard feeling comforter were left outside the next afternoon. The shower had black hairs in it and a dirty washcloth was left over the showerhead as well. I spent my first day cleaning the unit. They did refund some of my money and compensation but it was an unpleasant start. The condo is right off the causeway on a canal. It had a covered parking spot which was nice. Furniture was ok. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. It is pretty small though. The unit's central air cools unevenly with the smaller of the two rooms getting much colder than the rest of the condo. We weren't told where to take garbage, we had to ask other condo residents. Garbage bags, tp and paper towels are limited, not enough for 7 days. Overall the condo was just not clean with dirt smears on walls and dirt in the washer and the bugs and hair. It just seemed rundown even though I assume it was newly refinished after the hurricane. Would not return.
