First, let me say I charge less because this is not my primary business, I enjoy doing it, and I want to make it affordable for everyone. My goal is for every guest to have a wonderful getaway.

The property has been totally rebuilt due to the damage from Hurricane Ian. EVERYTHIG IS NEW! The pool and grills are new, tennis courts pickleball courts are new and open.

This is a ground floor 1,235 square foot condos that is beautifully decorated. You can walk right out from your screen enclosed lanai to the gardens of the center courtyard and then down to the pool and beach. It features an extra large Screened Lanai, two Bedrooms, two Baths, Great Room, Dining Area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Everything is new including furniture, 3 new TV’s, new flooring, new bathrooms, new impact windows and doors, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom is luxurious with a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds, with new bedding and a beach theme. Electronics include a 55” flat screen TV, a TV in each of the bedrooms, WIFI internet.

This condo has a well stocked kitchen with every small appliance you might need. It also includes beach chairs, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything in.

A heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities at Loggerhead Cay. Smoking is not permitted within the condo.

Loggerhead Cay is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful. It is located on the easily accessible east end of the island, minutes from the Causeway. Once on the island you can access Loggerhead, and its beach, while avoiding the traffic on Periwinkle.

Beautiful location

Sanibel is absolutely stunning the property had direct beach access. Could have done with more hand soap and paper towels on site. Everything else was just great!

Happy return!

This was our first trip to Sanibel since Ian and we were excited but a little apprehensive too. This rental couldn’t have been any better for our return. Steve checked in with us throughout and we had no problems. The unit is just as pretty as it looks in the listing. Bonus: the shelling and dolphin sightings were spectacular!

Great property & gracious hosts

We love staying at this condo. Everything was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the many conveniences in the condo and the closeness of the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and provided a helpful list of recommendations in the area. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful condo

I can not say enough great things not only about the condo but the owner Steve. We came in 2 days after Helene hit. Steve kept in contact with me during the storm and was very honest about everything. We are so thankful we went. The condo is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more! I look forward to staying there again.

Sanibel beauty

The condo was beautiful . Owners were awesome... very helpful with any issues. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay there again. Only issue was little hike to the beach but they had wagon to carry your stuff

A condo I will want to come back to.

The condo has a great layout. Everything was clean and new. This condo has a nice location. Just about everything a renter might need is provided. The condo owner was alway accessible and stayed in contact with us. It is a drsma free rental.

Beautiful Condo

We have rented from Steve and Wanda many times and have always found their unit in immaculate condition. Besides being a first floor unit which is great to transport luggage, it is a short walk to the pool or beach. For us, it is the perfect vacation to travel to Sanibel, enjoy the many fine restaurants and just relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

Our favorite!

This was our third time staying at Steve and Wanda’s place and we can’t ever say enough about it. It’s the perfect location in a very nice area. Our family loves coming here for our vacations and we always have the best time. The new condo updates are gorgeous!

Best Trip Ever

Steve was an amazing host! He was easy to contact and talk to! The condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything we needed was supplied, including a cart to take our stuff to the beach! I highly recommend staying at this condo for a wonderful beach vacation! Great seashells too 😊

Very beautiful and updated condo, with a lot of amenities. Steve was great to work with, very communitive and kind. Loved being on the 1st floor and direct beach access. Big warm swimming pool. Very memorable trip and plan to return in the future. Glad we left right before Debby hit.

Relaxing stay in Sanibel

The unit was very clean and filled with amenities. The beds were comfortable. Parking was plentiful and the property has easy access to the beach. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Our Sanibel Trip

Steve and Wanda have a stunning condo. We appreciate everything they provided to ensure we have a wonderful time. I have stayed at many rentals at Loggerhead Cay and this one has to be my favorite so far. Beautiful beach theme, very clean, and ground level. We had a great time!

Sanibel Vacay

Just what we expected, great! Our condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Steve was a perfect host.Even with all the rain we still enjoyed our trip. We loved The Magic Bus. Great latte’s, ice cream & smoothies! We went several times! Jerry’s grocery always everything we need. And Doc Ford’s was delicious! We rented bikes and were able to get several rides in before & after the rain. We can’t wait to return to see more progress on our fave island. Thank you Steve & Wanda for your beautiful condo!

Sanibel sanity

Accommodations were new, clean, as advertised, and perfect for the two us. Location was right on the gulf and easy to get to. Plenty of things to do in Sanibel and Ft Meyers. The island is still recovering from the 2022 hurricane but many/most of the businesses are open and eagerly accepting vacationers. Very friendly. We recommend this unit and would gladly return if circumstances permit. Thank you Steve and Wanda.

Perfect for families

We just returned from our trip to Sanibel and we loved everything about it! The condo has a great location, it is completely remodeled, very clean and beautifully decorated. The ground level allows to leave the condo through patio with all the beach stuff. We appreciate that the owners provide beach umbrella, wagon and other beach accessories and kids toys. Steve was very nice when we communicated the details, he was very friendly and offered tips about the island and responded in a timely manner. Kitchen and the whole condo was equipped with everything we needed. The grounds looked very well maintained and clean, pool and bathrooms were conveniently located near the beach, beach access was just a short walk and the beach itself was beautiful and clean. There were so many beautiful shells to pick. We are definitely planning to come back.

Nice spaces

The condo was well equipped (aside from the refrigerator issues- new one installed last day but had 2 small fridges to use. Most negative issue was the ice availability and having to use coolers for beverages with only 2 people it was ok. The owner communicated well regarding the fridge and initial check that everything else was satisfactory ), clean and beds are very comfy. Lots of beach supplies (the cart was awesome for the beach/pool). Would definitely recommend.

Property was exactly as described; new, comfortable furniture, clean, organized, supplied with little extras, excellent internet/tv package. Lovely linens, bathroom and beach towels. Location central and easy to get around. Everything you could possibly want for the beach was provided. Owner was super responsive, addressed any question asap, cooperative, and reliable. It was a true pleasure staying in Steve’s condo!

Fabulous time at Loggerhead Cay

Just returned from a week at Steve's place on Sanibel Island. The unit has everything you could want or need in a condo--comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for the beach and enough room to spread out if you bring kids. It is well located on the island, close to shops and right on the beach. I've been going to Sanibel for 20 years, and I must say that Steve is the most friendly and considerate host I've encountered. Hoping to stay the next time I go south.

We have been coming to Sanibel for over 20 years, and simply love it. We made the annual (sometimes twice) trek from our home in Ohio. Our first stay at Loggerhead Cay was in February, 2017. It is by far our favorite resort, our best stay! We closed on our condo on May 1, 2017.

The grounds are extremely well kept, the walks and parking lots are pavers, the pool is in a beautiful setting surrounded by palms. The beach is a very short walk, no streets to cross. Every amenity is well done, tops. The Condo Association board maintains tight standards, which keeps Loggerhead Cay highly desirable.

Aside from being first class in every respect, the access to Loggerhead Cay avoids to heavy traffic on Periwinkle. You simply cross Periwinkle, head straight for the gulf beach, and one right turn gets you to Loggerhead Cay.
