The total living area of the cottage is about 140 mq on two floors: a living room with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen where you can also dine, two large bedrooms , bathroom and a mezzanine. The house is very fresh in the summer, Internet connection is available on request.
There are many small medieval villages near Villa Verde worth a visit (Petralia Sottana, Petralia Soprana, Castella Sicula, Collesano, Isnello, Gratteri ....) far less than 30 minutes by car and if you like you can take profit of a lot of magnificent wooded paths for a trekking in the neighborhood. Villa Verde has, in my opinion, a favourable and central position to visit the natural and historical attractions of Sicily.
