This is the absolute perfect home in a great location for things St. George! The home has everything you need and the host has done an exceptional job of ensuring everything is comfortable and questions answered for a perfect stay. Absolute great experience!
Perfect place for a trip with your furry friend! Strongly recommend this place. I loved the clean and quiet community and gorgeous sunset view in the back yard. Well equipped, quiet, clean house. We enjoyed the tranquil time. Easy drive to Zion national park and spent memorable time with our dog. Thank you for everything!
Property is great! Very well thought out, everything you need to cook, do laundry, and have pets with you. All furniture and bedding was comfortable. Hosts were good and responsive except when we asked to stay an extra day and didn’t get a response ever.
Our stay couldn’t have been better, everything went smoothly and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Cute, stylish and clean home in a great location. We would love to stay again next time we’re in the area. 10/10 recommend!
Beautiful home lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay along with our two pups. The hot tub was wonderful. And the house is conveniently located. I would stay here again. Thank you so much.

We had an excellent stay at the SunChaser house! The place was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. They didn't miss a thing! From the blanket on the couch for cool evenings to every kitchen utensil we needed to make big dinners. It was all there. The house was also perfect for dogs. The fenced backyard was especially appreciated, as we could watch the dogs roam around from the hot tub. Access to local hikes was easy, especially Snow Canyon. Brandy was quick to respond to my questions and was very friendly. Added bonus was the beautiful sunsets. We can't say enough good things about the house and plan to return again next year!
We loved staying at this spacious and well thought out house. After a week of camping and hiking, we were ready to rest and recharge before our long drives home, and this house and its host completely delivered what we needed: spacious and hot showers, two king beds with cozy bedding, a well stocked kitchen such that we could easily prepare coffee, breakfasts and dinners, and a hot tub in excellent condition. A few additional details really improved our stay: a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry soap, a convenient fire pit, and being a short drive from a cute coffee shop, a community center and naturalist sites. We would absolutely come back.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic home with our two dogs for a delightful 5-night getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the pristine condition and thoughtful accommodations of this lovely home.
The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional, making us feel at ease and truly at home. The well-equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and comfortable bedrooms exceeded our expectations.
The location was perfect for exploring the sights and activities of southern Utah.
The owner was incredibly accommodating and communicative, adding to our overall positive experience.
We're already looking forward to the opportunity to stay here again in the future and highly recommend this VRBO to fellow travelers seeking a remarkable stay in southern Utah.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful retreat!
This property was accurately described, new construction, was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable. I was happy the backyard was fully fenced in for my dog. However, the person who came to put the trash out left the gate open. My pet did not get out but the gate should not have been left wide open. Also, I have stayed at 5 star rated vrbo properties before and this property seemed to have extensive rules and penalties (that were texted to me within 20 hours of arrival) in comparison to the other properties.

Thank you for staying with us and for being such wonderful guests. We are so glad that you enjoyed. We sincerely apologize that the gate was not closed. We ask guests to take out the cans if not we are happy to take them out. we will be sure to make sure to remind our team to be cautious and to make sure that the gate is closed and secure. Not sure what you mean by extensive rules and penalties. That is a bit confusing to us. We text the very next day to see how your stay is going and send out the garbage can notice because the hoa does fine if left out. Anyway thank you for your feedback and for staying with us.
My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. We were looking for a place that had no stairs and was pet friendly for our dog who just had surgery on her leg. This home has a back door that opens all the way up to the backyard so it was super open and convenient. I will state that there is someone on Monday who comes to leaf blows the yard but later morning closer to 11 and was only their a total of about 10 minutes. There is also someone that comes to clean and take care of the hottub on Wednesday mornings around 10 and aren’t there for long either. So don’t be alarmed if you see them. They were so quick and quiet I wouldn’t have even noticed if my dog didn’t. We had a great time and would recommend. It is close to everything in town and they provided everything you could need ( coffee maker, pots/pans, dish soap etc. ). They also sent a text checking in the morning after we checked in asking if there was anything we needed. Needless to say, we would stay again, had a wonderful time and would recommend.
