Great home away from home and location

Allen ensured we had all the information we needed before we arrived to the house. The house was clean and accommodated everyone in our party. Will definitely stay here again.

It was our annual golf trip. The property we stayed at was the nicest we have ever rented. Spacious property with a host who was very prompt with our questions or needs. Hope to stay again next year on our trip

Great Time with family

We had a great time!! The home accommodated our big family!! There are a few things that need some attention. Furniture needs to be updated. Exterminator is recommended More kitchen pots and pans More bath towels in each bathroom Up to date pool furniture needed only two lounge chairs. If these things get the attention that is needed this would be a 5star vacation property.

Not the best but it could’ve been great

The house was beautiful and the pool/ jacuzzi area was amazing. The owner made advised me to reach out to him if I needed anything and he definitely answered my questions within minutes However the only problem that I had with the house was the infestation of roaches, the WiFi wasn’t functioning properly and the security cameras. I feel like my family could not enjoy ourselves.

Very Nice

The home is very nice, clean, and spacious. The bedrooms are a very good size. Basically, there is a lot of space in the home. The kitchen is large and the island is large enough to prepare food and people can sit comfortably on the other side of the island. There were enough pots, pans, cups, plates, etc. You may need to bring your own dish detergent because it wasn’t enough to wash dishes. The host was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were heated and very clean. It was a treat to be able to swim during Winter time.

The beds did not have clean sheets. The sheets were dirty & smelled bad. The bedrooms were malodorous. No chairs or trash cans in the bedrooms. No wash cloths in a lot of the bedrooms. Host said the we could go to Publix and get wash cloths and he would reimburse us. The hot tub was Luke warm. We reported the issue to the host our entire stay. He sent someone to look at the hot tub and it still was not fixed. We continued to report the issue, but it was not resolved. We gave up. No lounge chairs at the pool. There were not enough toilet paper or paper towels. The refrigerator kept going out and we had to keep going to the fuse box and flipping the switch.The kitchen sink had a bucket to catch the water draining from the sink.Host may need to make repairs & show concern for his guess before renting out the house in the future. It was not a good stay for our family. Really bad experience.

We loved our time here. Pool was clean, and warm, house was large, well laid out, and enjoyed the area. But there’s a lot of little things that would make it much better. Not enough dishes for everyone, so we got paper plates. Not enough towels. Some tvs didn’t work, which normally wouldn’t matter but we had a lot of rain. Beds were just a bottom sheet and a comforter which I thought was weird. No toilet paper, no hand soap. Cleanliness was just ok. I’m guessing the cleaning crew gets in and out as fast as possible. Alan was easy to deal with, and we made the best of it. Definitely would stay again.
