This completely furnished unit available for mid-term rentals (with almost everything you might need for your stay!) offers easy access to freeways, the Metro, bus lines (Downtown has excellent public transportation and about 22 bus lines pass through it), the beach, the convention center, numerous medical centers, as well as shopping, entertainment , restaurants, coffee shops and more! The neighborhood is friendly and diverse, comprised of working families, young professionals, singles and everyone else in between.
The area is very walkable (walk score 92!), bikeable, and daily errands can be done without a car. The central location is close to everything.
A washer and dryer are available on the property and street parking is available nearby for those with a vehicle.
