A half bath with full laundry area. This superb property also includes a cozy open living area with queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, plus a bonus room set as an office. You will have your own private entrance and a cute enclosed outdoor garden seating area to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun.
Experience what Downtown Long Beach has to offer with a short drive or 5 minute walk to the Metro. Check out the Queen Mary, Long Beach Aquarium and Outlet store with a plethora of dining options.
The relaxing home is a short walk to Atlantic Avenue and the fantastic selection of restaurants, coffee shops, ice-cream parlors and cute boutiques.

We are centrally located with easy access to LA, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Orange County. Or travel a little further and spend the day in San Diego.
