Family birthday celebration

We loved the cleanliness and space. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family. We walked everywhere and it was easy to get to Broadway and neighboring locations. We would definitely stay there again.

The host was incredible, very helpful and accommodating and quick to respond. The location was great and it was very clean and met our needs. Our only issues were that the water pressure is a little low, there were only 2 coffee mugs, tea pods were available for keurig but no coffee, and the train was very loud. However, the host provides ear plugs and noise machines in every room. We had a great time.

Awesome spot!

We had such a great time at Katie’s place! She was super responsive and helpful with our questions. The location was great. Under 20 minute walk to Broadway, or hop on a scooter to get there faster. 3 minute walk from Yee Haw Brewery - great spot! We enjoyed the pool and fire tables, too! Hope to come back again!

The property was newish and clean however is located on the train tracks. Trains run all day and night. Host provided ear plugs but very hard to sleep. Also located near a homeless shelter which made walking difficult. The host was responsive but location is everything. Would not stay again.

This place was very clean and perfect location. The pool/grill is on the same floor as this place.. just open the sliding glass door and you are right there! Broadway is definitely walkable. Very clean and the host was very responsive.

The host (Katie) was very helpful and quick to respond! Unfortunately, the location of the condo was not great for our girls trip. Directly outside of the condo is a large homeless population (surrounded by shelters) and it did not feel safe to walk anywhere. Rideshare is quick and easy from the location. As others have noted, there is a train directly beside the condo but it wasn’t clear that it ran behind the pool so not at all relaxing. The pool is also much smaller than the pictures make it seem based on the size of the condo building. The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms (not 2 as listed), very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure was very low in both of the showers.
