Welcome to our precious beachfront villa in Punta Cana!

Our stunning 4-level villa offers exceptional amenities, breathtaking views, and unparalleled service, making it the ideal destination for group getaways, family reunions, or corporate retreats.

The property is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and within a 7-minute walk from shops, minimarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars.

The villa includes a serene garden area on the first level with a sparkling pool, chaise lounges, and outdoor dining tables for sunbathing and dining.

On the second level are two elegant ensuite bedrooms with a connecting terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool.

The third level features four stylish ensuite bedrooms, each opening to private terraces with beach and city views. The fourth level offers four more luxurious ensuite bedrooms with breathtaking views.

At the top of the villa, a spacious rooftop terrace can accommodate up to 80 guests, making it ideal for events and celebrations, or simply for enjoying panoramic views of the beach and cityscape.

We came as a family of 14 and agree that the property was beautiful. The rooms and common areas were extremely comfortable. The chef Alejandro was incredible, the handy man Carlos was so helpful as was the cleaning staff, We loved the location and found the offerings / service at the beach to be excellent. With that being said …we did have some struggles and malfunctions that caused real stress… Broken doors, a none working dishwasher for 14 guest and the inability to receive new towels unless we paid a fee. Despite those flaws, we were happy , well taken care and very satisfied with our stay

Respecto a los puntos mencionados, queremos aclarar que durante la estancia estuvimos en contacto constante con el grupo y atendimos de inmediato cada situación que se nos notificó, buscando siempre minimizar cualquier inconveniente y asegurar su comodidad. En el caso del equipamiento y los servicios adicionales, estos se gestionan conforme a las condiciones previamente informadas para grupos grandes, y nuestro equipo estuvo disponible para ofrecer soluciones en todo momento. Agradecemos sus comentarios, ya que nos permiten seguir mejorando y ajustando la experiencia para estancias familiares y grupos numerosos. Nos complace saber que, a pesar de los inconvenientes mencionados, se sintieron bien atendidos y satisfechos con su estancia.
