Our stunning 4-level villa offers exceptional amenities, breathtaking views, and unparalleled service, making it the ideal destination for group getaways, family reunions, or corporate retreats.

The property is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and within a 7-minute walk from shops, minimarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars.

The villa includes a serene garden area on the first level with a sparkling pool, chaise lounges, and outdoor dining tables for sunbathing and dining.

On the second level are two elegant ensuite bedrooms with a connecting terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool.

The third level features four stylish ensuite bedrooms, each opening to private terraces with beach and city views. The fourth level offers four more luxurious ensuite bedrooms with breathtaking views.

At the top of the villa, a spacious rooftop terrace can accommodate up to 80 guests, making it ideal for events and celebrations, or simply for enjoying panoramic views of the beach and cityscape.
