The Palms Punta Cana Villa

RATE IS BASED ON 6 BEDROOMS. Please ASK for details before submitting a booking request. We will automatically accept based on the 6 bedroom rate.

*The Palms Punta Cana is a breathtaking beachhouse on one acre of private paradise.
*Fully staffed. Dining Package Required with several pricing options.
*The Palms offers 250 feet of beachfront paradise and a swimming pool that is over 150 feet long, flowing the entire length of the villa! Photos do not do this villa justice.

Flexible Rental pricing based on bedrooms needed, Always Exclusive Use of the villa for your group.

The BASE RENTAL shown on VRBO includes 6 beachfront bedroom suites of your choice. There are up to 14 suites available in total (13 oceanfront, 1 gardenview) to accommodate any size group. Each additional bedroom is $225 per night ($250 per night for Christmas/NYE). Rooms assume 2 people. This is the best way we can work to accommodate budgeting or any size group. We can comfortably sleep 30 adults and add up to 6 additional cots for children. Additional beds are $50 per night. Also, 2 cribs are available.

All bedroom suites include: private bathroom, expansive terraces with breath taking sea views, private individually controlled ACs and spa products (shampoo conditioner, body wash).

- 1 bedroom with private bath and 2 twin beds on garden side.

* Extra single beds may be added to a room to increase capacity to 36 or turn into family suites for $50/night.

The Palms is one of the most beautiful locations in Punta Cana that offers everything special about the Dominican Republic. With the sea in front of the villa and the mountains in the back, one can enjoy the wide open spaces and beautiful countryside found around this villa. It is your private paradise. Sit back and relax or host that special event that you only want to share with those special people in your life. Weddings, special birthdays, family gatherings, and corporate retreats are all welcome at The Palms. Yoga workshop, painters workshop, church retreats, you name it. The possibilities are endless and our event manager would be happy to assist in coordinating this special day.

The Palms Punta Cana has many Dominican details, with the art, color river stones, coralina stone tiles, and the Eucalyptus wood banisters. Furniture has all been hand-crafted on site! This villa is a statement piece of both casual beach living and the details of what makes the Dominican Republic so special.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Palms Punta Cana Villa from the moment we arrived. My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary so we had about 30 family members at the villa for their vow renewal and just hang out/relax for the week. The chef, the concierge/butlers, and housekeeping staff were all tremendous. Definitely book the chef option! You will not regret it! They even have a great system for transportation - whether it’s getting you transportation to the airport, or outside excursions - they were on time, safe, and very professional. The location of the villa is breathtaking - not only do you have your own private pool, but you are also beachside as well. It was so nice wading in the ocean, and while it’s a public beach, it almost felt like we had our own section of the beach and water right in front of the villa. Everyone on the trip was very complementary of everything which was great because I was the one who planned it all. Only things to note are: rooms could use a bit of updating…the bathroom “door” is a curtain and the walls of the bathroom are not floor to ceiling so there is a lack of privacy to some extent, also you can’t drink/use the water from the faucet - even to brush your teeth. They DO provide plenty of bottles of water in your room and specifically in the bathroom for you to use, but obviously would be better if they had a filtered water system but it didn’t prove to be too big of an issue. Overall great stay!!

Great stay

The staff and the food were top notch. Most other properties in Punta Cana were far off the ocean. The Palms is right next to the ocean which made it easy for our group to stay together. The long pool with the bridges was one of our favorite parts of the property. Great stay.

70th Birthday Party

We had a wonderful stay with extended family for my Dad’s 70th birthday. The food and hospitality were incredible. Highly recommend indulging in the more expensive meal plan and the Pina coladas! The chef accommodated our small guests (ages 1-8) at every meal. There are a few shops within walking distance. It is a bit of a drive to any of the excursions, but we had little desire to leave the villa once we arrived! We hope to return soon!

Great place to have a family or corporate retreat. Clean. Great food and service. The beach is a few steps away from the property and we enjoyed it during the day and night. I will definitely come back to this place!

The Palm’s Birthday Bash

We came with 22 family members, ages 10-87 and we all had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and right on the ocean with an on- shore breeze and constant surf sounds. The staff was even more impressive- kind, considerate and the food was 5 star!!

Great Spot - Even Better Staff

The Palms is an absolutely beautiful home in a tremendous location. The house is wonderful, the pool amazing and the views just simply can't be beat. All of that being said, the staff is what really makes the property. The chef is absolutely top notch and the entire staff works tirelessly to make sure that your every need is taken care of during your entire stay.

Fantastic family reunion and most memorable celebration!!!

We had a superb family reunion and celebration of our mom's birthday at The Palms! The staff were amazing, warm and super helpful to our entire family of 20 guests - spanning in age from 8yrs old to 80! Travel to/from the airport was a breeze. The food and accommodations were top-notch! The beach and pool were gorgeous. Lots of activities as well. Everyone at the villa went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great time. We've done similar reunions in the Carribean before as a group but this trip was, by far, the best and most memorable!

Great place for a group vacation

This is a super special place for a large group. Every room has an ocean view, and the pool area and long grassy yard between the beach and pool is amazing for hanging out. There is shade and sun, and the beach is great. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We all loved the chef, and the staff. They were so kind and attentive. The rooms are large and the views are amazing! I will say that the mattresses and towels are not super comfy and the decor is a bit outdated and faded. If you are looking for 5 star luxury you need to adjust expectations. Once we settled in, overall we were quite comfortable. It’s hard to find a place for this price to accommodate a large group as well as they do at the Palms. Our group had a wonderful time!

Great week with family

Thanks to Thor, Alejandro & kitchen staff and Franklin for making our week relaxing and amazing. There were others that kept the property and rooms clean too- thanks to them too. We had 18 family members at The Palms for Christmas week. We also had a great celebration for our 25th wedding anniversary. Kelly helped get us an awesome DJ, photographer and cake for the event. Not having to “dress” for meals as The Palms is your private resort, can’t be beat. The property is a gem. Thor took care of any issues that arose- all which were within normal limits since it’s a busy rental. We travel a lot. Rentals like this are worth it!!

Make strangers jealous

Rented this spot for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party with 19 people. This is the all inclusive experience for people who hate all inclusives. Everyone who walks along the beach wants to know what resort you're at. They're jealous. It is insane how close the beach is. Views from every room. Staff was incredible. Thor, property manager, was happy to get us anything we wanted. The bartender, Franklin, kept everyone topped up. The food was the best we've had in the country. Chef Alejandro and his crew were accommodating for vegetarians and the flavors were so fresh.

Amazing staff

Staff was amazing! So friendly and welcoming, always trying to make our stay relaxing. Accommodations were spacious and pool was awesome. Also loved being right on the beach. We loved being able to eat all together. But also enjoyed that there was so much space people could find privacy and quiet if they wanted. Some of the screen doors to the rooms and curtains need to be repaired/upgraded probably because of the humidity and salt water exposure but other than that the rooms were great. Several of the meals were great and desserts were delicious but the rest was average. However, we chose the basic package due to cost, and because we had many kids with us that would not eat some of the choices on the higher packages. So that might make a difference. The chef was accommodating for the kids and almost always had a kid friendly option at meals that were geared towards the adults which was much appreciated. Communication with booking and questions was excellent and checking in was great. The onsite concierge was also very responsive. We also liked working with grand central excursions, that the villa works with for offsite activities and transportsion (Brian was great)Overall, the experience was great and everyone had a great time!

Believe the high praise reviews!

We just completed a week long stay at the Palm and it was pure bliss. We used the home for an annual family reunion and our large group couldn’t have been more satisfied. The octogenarians in the group loved being able to access the beach directly from the front yard for morning and evening walks, the toddlers loved the 150 foot swimming pool, replete with every pool toy/float you could imagine, the adults loved swimming in the ocean out back and the sheer size of the property which allows for everyone, even a group of 30, to enjoy privacy when needed. But EVERYONE loved the staff - They really do feel like family and are constantly working to ensure everyone enjoys every moment at the Palms. Special shout outs to Franklin the bartender, Eduarda who served meals, Alejandro the chef. Ezekiel the house manager and everyone else who worked so hard during our stay. We are lucky to stay at staffed villas around the world often and the quality of the food and service here was really top notch. Thank you to everyone at the Palm for making our stay exactly what we were seeking.

Joint Bach Party

My fiancée and I decided to do a join bach party at The Palms with 27 of our friends. It was the best decision we could have made for this type of trip. The property is still being talked about by our friends 2 weeks later. It’s right on the beach, the pool was a huge hit, and the pool bar and on-site bartenders were incredible. It’s a whole team there making it feel like you’re at your own private resort rather than staying at a hotel.The food was phenomenal. We decided to go with the silver package and upgrade each dinner to have 2 main courses. The platinum and gold packages looked awesome one too, but we wanted to have the variety and liked the flow of a buffet over a plated dinner. The staff was so accommodating and let us really just have free reins. We never felt restricted or like there was something we wanted, or wanted to do, but couldn’t get. For the alcohol- we decided to bring our own alcohol and then buy alcohol as needed when we were down there. If your group drinks like ours.. plan for more than you think. The drinks are great, the punches feel like water, and you’re going to have such a good time you won’t realize you just drank half a bottle yourself.We ended up losing a ring and the staff found it the next day and found a way to mail it to us! All these Reviews seem fake But they aren't - The Real Deal

We were 12 forty-something guys on a long Covid-escape weekend looking for a getaway that had it all. The pictures are fairly accurate (other than beach which is experiencing a lot of erosion but it still sounds amazing in bed). What you don't realize is how incredible the communication is. With 12 different people in the era of Covid, we had a gazillion questions and requests prior to departure, and they were always responded to, and never with attitude. The staff at the villa was top notch - friendly, fun and very competent. The assigned concierge made sure any issue was taken care of immediately. The excursion partner arranged any trip or amenity we needed. The food was way above average. We had to worry about nothing. If you like the photos and the reviews, just book it. There is no way you'll regret it. NO WAY!

Amazing!

A group of 28 family and friends celebrated the 25th wedding anniversary of a couple June 17-23, 2017. There was not one complaint from anyone in the group! The house is wonderful and each morning each couple was able to awake to a view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. We all enjoyed the large pool and being just steps from the ocean was a plus. The accommodations were superb, the staff was professional and always alert to any needs and/or wants and took care of us as if we were royalty. We were treated to three delicious meals a day, and it is difficult to say which was enjoyed the most. We truly appreciated being able to sample dishes and methods of preparation from the local area. I was especially impressed with how clean and tidy the kitchen was even when meals were being prepared. I am trying to practice that now that I am home! I am hopeful that one day we will be able to return. In the mean time I am sharing my experience at The Palms Villa with friends and family that were not as fortunate as our group to live in an amazing paradise for a week.

Incredible place to gather for a family reunion

Our stay at The Palms was even better than I imagined. If searching for a special place to accommodate your group, this might be the one. We were a group of 25, ages 2-74 years, gathered for a family reunion. Although great reviews and photos, I didn't realize how special this place truly was. A walk two miles either way on the beach, and The Palms is the only private villa on a beautiful beach lined with large resorts. Very exclusive and so special. Many asked about renting it for their own families! Its proximity made it an easy walk to rent sea kayaks, get a massage, shop locally. The staff were incredibly professional and were a secret ingredient in our stay. They were fun, thoughtful, engaging. The food was wonderful. The chef and kitchen staff cooked for us as if we were their own family- making special meals for the children, celebrating birthdays, and even accommodating a shellfish allergy in a menu packed with seafood. Much anxiety making the pre-stay decisions and am now laughing at myself. Not to worry- you are in truly good hands. The Palms is much like a favorite pair of jeans- comfortable and well- loved. Everything for an unforgettable time is there. I had some worries about the kids around the pool and on stairs/ decks. We limited young families to the first floor, kept our eyes open, and we enjoyed it all! Was a great week packed with amazing memories in a magical and beautiful place. Take a leap of faith- your friends and family will be grateful!

Best family vacation!

This place is perfect for large groups/families! We all had an absolute amazing time! The staff is exceptional. Thor is hands down, the most accommodating person we’ve ever dealt with on vacation. He is quick and gave us just what we needed to entertain everyone of all ages in our group of 25. Pros: Breakfast was GREAT. Beach is pretty much completely private and absolutely beautiful. Thor brought us in an awesome DJ, scheduled us massages, and other activities onsite for the adults/kids.. Pool is great as well Cons: i hate to say it, but the property needs updating. Especially the doors going out onto the balconies.. And the toilet paper holders definitely need to be replaced with new ones. The food is GREAT, no complaints, but we rarely ever got anything we asked for on the menus we chose. Every night was something different that we didn’t pick as our meals.. and lastly, Kelly.. it pains me to say this but Kelly was none too pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, she gave us a hard time most of the time (via email). Every/any question we had, her response was extremely rude/condescending. It was almost as if she couldn’t be bothered. And it made us not want to ask anything anymore towards the end (before we arrived). Other than that, everything was great! :-)

Fantastic family vacation

We rented the Villa May7-13. 28 of us (all family, ages 2 through 82). The staff is outstanding! Thor, Franklin, Alejandro, Jose and the rest made sure that we wanted for nothing. Alejandro worked with all the dietary restrictions and created delicious Dominican meals for us, and afternoon snacks. No request was turned away. Franklin made us gallons of pina coladas and kept us topped off the whole week. Thor and Jose made sure that all our excursions and events went off seamlessly. We had a dj, massages, foam pool party, booze cruise, golf and a fishing trip while we were here. The rest of the time we lounged around and enjoyed the perfect weather. We put the older folks and the two small kids on the first floor. All the rooms have a killer view of the beach and are very spacious. The location of the Villa is amazing! You are directly on the beach! All you need to do in the morning is put on your suit and either hop into the pool or the ocean. Absolute heaven for us sun worshipers! This was the first time to the DR for about half of our family, and I was nervous about how they’d receive it. They all really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and hit the shops nearby. We even had some wild horses on the beach and sea turtles swimming in the coral off the shore. You can snorkel right around the house at several small reefs. All week long people would ask us what hotel this was and we’re blown away when we said it was a private Villa. It was an awesome trip!!!

Destination Wedding Dream Spot

My now wife and I chose this location to have our dream wedding after reviewing several other possible locations. We are so glad that we chose this place. First off let me start with commending them on their staff services. They were simply amazing. When we first got to the villa Seeley was there to greet us with her husband. They took our bags in, brought them up to our rooms and showed us around. They made us feel very welcome and at home. I cannot explain the feeling you have walking into this place and having them take care of everything. We had several groups arriving at different times and days to the villa and each time they were there to greet them. Seeley went the extra step contacting the airport and recovering one of our friends lost luggage after she wasn't able to get anywhere with them. She even went up to the airport and retrieve the bag for us. We opted for the chef plan and we are very pleased we did. The food was delicious. Chef Gwen took care of all our food needs. Having a bartender there in the afternoons was great. He was nice and attentive and very friendly. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed him as our bartender. We were very uneasy about planning our wedding from the USA when we knew nothing about what our wedding was going to be like. Kelly and Seeley took care of everything. Our wedding was a fantasy. I couldn't begin to describe how well everything turned out and if you were thinking about using this place as your destination wedding spot I highly recommend it. They provided contacts for a photographer, make- up artist, take designer, minister, DJ, and transportation. They all turned out to be al and more then expected. They have a really good team there. We had about 26 adults staying at the villa and I can honestly say that it's a week that we will always remember. I could go on and on about this place but I will keep it a little short and just tell you if you're thinking about coming here -well you just should!
