Freshly rennovated CHIC Beach Condo located south of the panoramic 30A Highway. Just a 1 minute walk from the Sugar Sand Beaches and Emerald-Green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Sleeping up to 6 in two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, this condo has all you could want & more for your beach vacation! Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

This condominium is located in a beautiful community and sleeps up to 6 with a master suite, and a double queen room. 400 thread-count bedding and luxury cotton towels are provided throughout. The kitchen is fully furnished, so if you prefer a night in you can cook to your heart's desire. For the rainy days, TVs are provided in both the lounge and both bedrooms, with ROKU devices for your use and convenience.

Sip your morning coffee or evening wine on the furnished balcony. Take a dip in one of the two heated pools. Spend time on the complimentary tennis courts or cook out in the outdoor grill area. A washer and dryer are provided within the unit, as well as free parking and high speed internet access for your convenience.

This condo provides beach chairs, towels and children's toys for your enjoyment, as well as a beach wagon to help you carry all the essentials - perfect for your beach getaway.
