Historic 3 Bedroom 2 bath home in the middle of everything the twin cities has to offer! Close to delicious food, great coffee shops, and amazing parks. Walking distance to Alienz field. 10 min drive to downtown Minneapolis/downtown St. Paul. Full equipped kitchen stocked with spices.
Large backyard with grill and patio seating. Quiet one way street. Easy street parking. Tons of board games and a 65” Samsung TV with a Bose sound bar great for watching movies or the “Big game” with friends and family. Recently renovated basement has a movie theater/gaming room equipped with a playstation 3 and classic Nintendo with all your favorite games and movies.
