Let us help you feel right at home in downtown Indy in this executive 1 bed/1 bath suite right on the popular
Indianapolis Canal! Equipped with a gym, canal walk, vegan cafe, and balcony views! Plenty of local dining & shopping options are a walk or short scooter ride away. Located just 17 mins from the airport, also near Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indiana Convention Center, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Comes with a full kitchen, coffee bar and access to the many complex amenities!

The space
Your space includes a modest bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and shower. We have a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Fully stocked coffee bar with Keurig is available for you.

Perfect little place!

For 2 of us, this apartment was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable; within walking distance of the stadium and convention center. Reached out to the owner about a minor issue and the response was very timely. Check in process was fine, though we arrived late at night and the process to open the lock box was a little spooky. I was not alone, so it was fine.Building staff were also very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again!
