it was a great stay, The house was very clean and welcoming. oh and the garage was very nice to have, so that my car was off the street and tucked away. and the restaurant options near by were amazing!!

The house was super cute and well maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely stocked. The beds and couch were comfortable. The neighborhood was bustling but not loud. Great food options nearby. The floors were uneven in places which could be tricky for anyone with limited mobility. Plenty of inexpensive parking and a good general location.

Excellent location.

The house is lovely and the yard is perfect for traveling with dogs. The location is near excellent restaurants and entertainment. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the city. Host was responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay in Indianapolis! Proximity to Mass Ave was perfect! Our van didn’t fit in the garage but there was plenty of street parking nearby. We loved the backyard and the fire! Such a great place to end the evening! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay!

This was a great little place close to a lot of stuff in Indianapolis. Everything was clean and easy to access. I will say the garage is pretty small, my Corolla fit but just barely. I would definitely stay here again.

Chatham Arch Charmer

Luke’s place was great! The house was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare nice Easter meals for our group. Although any other weekend we would have been happy to check out the many great restaurants and coffee shops within a stone’s throw of this charming historic neighborhood. The outdoor space was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.
