There are 2 restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful pool with lush tropical landscaped grounds. Gated with nighttime security. Full kitchen amenities including Keurig coffee and latte maker, king sized bed, black out curtains in living room and bedroom for those that like to sleep in. Fiber optic internet.

Beach view was obstructed by palm tree limbs and could not really see the surfers or beach as much as it appeared we would in the pictures. Nonetheless, still beautiful view and lovely stay

About this apartment; without question it has a lovely view of gorgeous sunrises. Direct sun till 11am makes it hot, to really enjoy the balcony in the morning, an umbrella/screen would be beneficial. The patio door lock is temperamental, we were locked out on the balcony, fortunately neighbours responded, contacted the owner and got access via the main door. We avoided closing the patio door all the way thereafter. The main door keypad doesn't function properly, we were often locked out till it reboots, it rarely works on 1st attempt. This door is also swollen and requires a good hard push to open. The bathroom door doesn't close properly and scrapes along the floor. The bathroom was less than pristine when we arrived (dust behind the toilet and the shower drain was nasty!) the tap drips constantly too. In general the bathroom could benefit from an update. The pillows are uncomfortable. The front right burner on the stove is not working. We had friends at an adjacent complex but with only 2 dining chairs we couldn't entertain them for dinner. Otherwise the kitchen is fairly well equipped, although dishwashers don't appear to be standard in these rentals.About the area: We used Uber a lot to go to local beaches, into town and shopping. Due to heavy road construction in the area, traffic is busy so allow additional time to get to and from the airport or into town. (2 year time frame should all be good come 2027). San Jose del Cabo is a lovely, authentic little town.

Unit was really nice, all the comforts of home. The location of the property couldn't have been better for beach access. Property is well maintained. We are already looking forward to returning to Mira Vista on Costa Azul :)

Excellent place that is appointed better than any other VRBO/ABB I’ve stayed in. Beautiful grounds and right on the ocean. We would definitely recommend it and we’ll stay here again when we come back. 5 stars !!!!

Great spot

Very clean and exactly as advertised. Awesome pool and right on the beach as well. I recommend giving the airport taxi drivers and uber drivers the dentist office address.

Perfect beach stay

Very nice condo right on the beach. Kitchen and living room appear to be recently updated. The appliances were very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Large Smart TV was a hit with my husband. Loved the variety of coffee and tea Heather offered! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the pool. The landscaping was beautiful. We walked the beach to 2 of the restaurants. Uber was a short ride into town and many good, authentic Mexican restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Bright and Cheerful

My husband and I love San Jose del Cabo!!!So much so that this is our third time in a row.We Stay in a different condos each time. But number 5 at Mira Vista is hands down the nicest one yet! It is super clean, bright and cheerful, right on the beach. Magnificent views!! It is so well stocked. She has literally thought of everything. There is nothing that we use at our home that she doesn't have there.In fact, we loved this unit so much that we actually booked this unit for next year while we were still on vacation here!! condos each time

San Jose beachfront

The balcony in this neat, tastefully equipped and comfortable one-bedroom unit offered us warm sunny mornings and shady afternoons looking SE over the pool and low beach dunes to the glittering ocean. Beach access is very convenient to acres of clean and uncrowded sand. All the amenities work reliably and Mira Vista development is just a few km from grocery stores, restaurants, golf and other vacation activities. Thank you, Heather, for renting us your precious condo.

Absolute Paradise

We had an incredible sunny soulful stay here. Nothing bad to say!! Stop looking and book now. Amazing balcony with sunshine all morning. Great location, walk on beach or take 4 Uber ride to local restaurant and grocery store. Would love to come back here!

Comfortable, Clean and Quiet

My stay was definitely a pleasant one. I had a hiccup or two and the owner was quick to reply which always makes one feel at ease. The comforts of home were all supplied. The kitchen had plenty of appliances to choose from, the bedroom had extra blankets which came in handy and the pool was a good size considering that the ocean was just a short walk just outside the back gate. The king size bed was nice as was the AC. The neighbors and other guests alike were all polite and respectful. I could see myself coming back again.

Relaxing visit to San Jose Del Cabo

Enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed. Nice touch having a Keurig so we brought our own pods! Beautiful view from the deck! Nice pool area! Very quiet and peaceful area!

Beautiful & Relaxing

Everything was fantastic. Heather was very responsive. I loved the location. It was my first time booking with Verbo and really didn't know what to expect. I will book this condo again. This condo had everything I needed. Sunrises/ Sunsets from the deck were outstanding. Pelican Rock was my best snorkel experience. I had a wonderful day on the beach half way between Cabo and Todos Santos.

Perfect Getaway

This oceanfront condo was cozy and clean! The pictures don't do it justice. Our friends stayed in another unit in the same development, which they paid more for but we absolutely loved ours. There were so many small details that really came in handy and made us feel at home. i.e. Coolers, ice packs, first aid kit, bug sprays, phone chargers, teas, beach chairs & umbrellas-honestly the list goes on & on & on-too much to mention. There were plenty of towels. Our unit had a parking spot where theirs did not. Great water pressure with optional hand held shower head for the hard to reach areas lol. Great AC and ceiling fans. The terrace had comfy lounge chairs to watch the amazing sunrises & listen to the waves crashing in the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing.!!

Condo was clean and bright, and located in a perfect quiet beach location. Watching the whales surfacing from the deck was simply amazing. The pool area was perfect, the complex is quiet and well kept. The other guests/owners are all extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The condo is located near grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. The host was awesome to deal with as well.. nothing but great things to say about this unit.!! We will definitely be back.!!

Loved this condo! The view is exactly as pictured! Condo is very clean, cute and comfortable. It is walking distance to restaurants, bus stop and a convenience store. Already planning to go back.
