What a beautiful spot! Comfortable home with a great ocean view. The pool, beach and restaurant are great. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.Downtown San Jose is a great spot to visit while here too. We enjoyed our stay greatly.Also, Pat is very quick to respond and shares great details and tips that we found helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at Coral Baja. Comfy bed. Well equipped. Beautiful view from this unit. Host was very responsive and had great suggestions. This property has great amenities.

We stayed at this condo for 2 awesome weeks. Upon arrival, the front desk personnel were ver6y welcoming and helpful. As we entered the 4th Floor condo, we were greeted by the most gorgeous view of the property, pool and ocean view. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The King bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. Some other pluses were an Elevator, Washer & Dryer, Air Conditioning and lots of towels. The resort property and maintenance is impeccable. The on-property restaurant, Mama Mia's, was convenient and had entertainment in the evenings. Do not miss Thursday evening Art Night in San Juan del Cabo, as well as, the shops and restaurants. We also had the great experience of having the resort release baby turtles at the water's edge just before sunset. What a treat!

Absolutely Lovely!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and our room at the Coral Baja was just fabulous! It was a beautiful room that was super clean with a great view of the pool and the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the owner was able to put us in contact with someone that we used to get to and from the airport and who could organize events and excursions for us, essentially we had our own concierge. Check in was great and we were able to get into the room almost 3 hours early as no one had been there the night before so that was really nice that we didn't have to wait to get into the room. We love staying in San Jose as opposed to San Lucas as it's more quiet and low key with a grocery store only about a 10 minute walk away. The location in San Jose was great for us although we did get into San Lucas and for a fun taco and tequila tour and dinner on a different night. Our unit did have a murphy bed, that we didn't need but would make the unit perfect for a family of 3 or 4. We can't wait to go back!

Relaxing

The condo was just what we wanted. Nice view of the pool, beach and ocean. Pat was very responsive when we had questions and she provided detailed recommendations. The WiFi on the property is spotty which is why I gave the property a 4 instead of a 5.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

Pat’s condo was absolutely wonderful! It had everything we needed and a gorgeous view. Coral Baja was perfect for us. On the beach, restaurants close, not too many people, and gorgeous view! Grocery stores in walking distance. Downtown San Jose about a 30 min walk or quick cab ride. Loved it. Perfect getaway for my husband and myself:). Pat was great at communicating everything and things went so smoothly. Loved it!

Relaxation in Cabo

The property is amazing. Everything you need is either provided or close by. Grocery store within walking distance. A couple of close restaurants and the beach and pool are awesome. Or take Uber to anywhere. The drivers were prompt and friendly and the rides were affordable. The host, Pat, is truly outstanding. Communication was timely and helpful and the unit has everything you need for your stay. This property is a must if you want the relaxation, views and proximity to San Jose del Cabo. I would highly recommend staying at Pat’s place. My wife and I will be back soon!!

Great Cabo Getaway

Great time check in to check out. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The unit was very comfortable and clean. Had all the amenities promised and more. Location was a short walk/Uber to great restaurants and shops. There is a small market a few steps away if you need day to day supplies. Restaurant on site. The pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, and outside facilities were well maintained and lots of fun. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Thank you Pat you are a gracious host and we will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Cabo. Stan and Sue

Perfect

I could not ask for a better communication process to set up this rental and also ongoing when needed while there. Pets property had everything needed to make this day wonderful. It was clean in every aspect and furniture updated than most properties I’ve rented before. Perfect nights sleep every night because it was quiet and the mattress plus bedding was extremely comfortable for both my husband and I. It was a pleasure to sit on the balcony and see the view of the property and the ocean. Great view of the sunrise. I love a good fluffy, quality towel and this place was well stocked with both the towels for the bathroom and others that can be taken down to the pool or the beach. The updated, modern kitchen had everything we needed, and the pots and pans were a good quality. I hope to rent again from Pat, either this property or the other one she owns.

Loved our stay at Coral Baja

We had a great stay at Pat's 4th floor unit(elevator) at Coral Baja. Easy, hassle free check in. Pat had great communication from booking to check out. The resort is laid back and the other guests were friendly and there to have a good time. The location was good and a cheap Uber ride into downtown San Jose Del Cabo. I would definitely stay there again.

GREAT CONDO GREAT TIME!

From start to finish Pat was amazing to work with. She always responded very promptly and went overboard to help you. We are planning to rent from her again the next time we come back to San Jose. The condo is exactly like it’s described. Great view from the deck. It has everything you need and is very close to all amenities. Thanks again Pat. Clean and Comfortable

This end unit had great natural light from the extra windows you get in an end unit. And the angle of the building gives you morning sun and afternoon shade on the balcony. Well stocked and clean. The bed and recliner were very comfortable. And the host was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

My favorite place to stay!

This was not my first time to the Coral Baja, but my first time using VRBO. Pat was an excellent owner and incredibly helpful prior to and during our stay. Great view and REALLY comfortable bed! 5 Stars!

San Jose Del Cabo Special Place

We really enjoyed our stay. We are both over 65 and like the peace and quiet of the places we visit. Pool music, employees and local restaurants made this a great vacay. Aside from Hurricane Olaf which was exciting (and very safe) everything was as described. Can't wait to stay here again.

Ideal getaway!

This was a great stay for us with an ideal location. The host was very accommodating (we were able to do a last minute extension for 2 days) and the property is in a perfect location for us to head into San Jose. The property is part of World Mark so it was nice to have the pool bar and activities as well as the onsite restaurant. Dining on the beach at sunset can't be beat!

Awesome condo!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay here! The condo is well equipped, didn't find anything we were missing. Bed was comfortable, patio was perfect for sunrise...I took a ton of pics! Concierge was great about helping book activities (Hidden Villages tour was lovely, parasailing spectacular). Pat gave us wonderful tips on the area (Flora Farms was an awesome dinner), and was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay, and emailed to check on us a few times during our stay. With Uber, it was more convenient than even the bus. A great stay, ready to return! Thanks Pat! No bad days in Cabo!

Excellent in every way!

For our first trip to Los Cabos, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location of Pat’s suite is perfect! It’s not in the town, so it’s very peaceful. And yet, it’s only a 10 minute walk to two beautiful grocery stores. We woke up every morning to a gorgeous view of the ocean and a long, wide beach with very few people on it. It’s also right along the main highway, so super easy and inexpensive to catch the bus into Cabo San Lucas, but the resort is down from the highway so you don’t hear the traffic. The suite itself is very clean and nicely stocked with everything you need to cook and function during your stay. The bed was comfy and we loved the big walk-in shower. The restaurant on site has delicious food at a reasonable price. The staff were all very friendly, and even the locals in San Jose all said hello when we were out walking. Of all the places we’ve travelled in Mexico, San Jose is definitely our favourite! San Lucas was very busy and touristy, but we really liked San Jose. Pat was always available through email, and she made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would come back and rent from Pat again for sure!

Bob and I have owned our condos here at the Worldmark Coral Baja since the summer of 2005. Being avid travelers who enjoy both the mountains and the sea, we fell in love with San Jose del Cabo the moment we arrived.

We strive to share our experiences and knowledge of the area with all our guests so that you will have wonderful memories of your vacation and want to return often.

We love coming here because of first, all the features and benefits provided by Wyndham Worldmark to their timeshare owners. This is a full service resort that is operated 24/7 by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

As private year-round owners here at the Coral Baja, we and our guests have full access to everything available to all Wyndham Worldmark guests.

Second, we just love San Jose del Cabo. It is truly the 'quieter Cabo', with the beauty and charm found only in an authentic Mexican village. Everything you need can be found here. You can shop till you drop, or just sit in a quiet street cafe with your favorite beverage and watch the world go by.

The culture and hospitality you find in San Jose is very refreshing and you'll soon fall in love with this wonderfully walkable village and its people.
