This recently renovated 1-bedroom condo at Blue Heron Beach Resort sits on the 9th floor overlooking the water, less than a mile from Disney Springs, with a modern, comfortable interior and two full bathrooms.

Very clean, so close to Disney parks and room to relax. Drive to parks was about 12-18 minutes depending on traffic. This is the third time staying at this location, different rooms and all have been great. Would recommend to anyone. The nightly lake views, fireworks and sunrise over the lake, just amazing.

This was a perfect getaway from busy days at the park! We loved the balcony, the pool, and the hot tub in the pool area and jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom were very needed. We would stay here again.

Loved this place and would definitely book it again. Balcony was great with comfortable chairs and we could see all of the Disney park’s fireworks at 9:00. Beds were comfortable. Nice surprise that the bathtub was a jacuzzi tub. Beautiful lake view!! Great communication from the hosts.

We had an incredible stay! The views from the unit were breathtaking. It was conveniently located near both Disney and Universal Studios. The on-site amenities, including the pool and pool bar, were a huge bonus. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We live about an hour and a half away and frequent the area. This has been our fav stay to date. The area was so nice and quiet and the view of the lake was gorgeous. Parking ans check in were easy, the unit was spotless and comfy. We walked over and ate dinner next door, played putt putt in front one morning and watched the fireworks from the balcony out front. The king mattress was comfy and the room was facing away from the sun so it stayed dark and cozy and cold. Overall a perfect stay. The owners were also very responsive and kind. We will def be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, quiet, and had everything described in the listing. We had zero issues checking in, just had to wait until exact 4 pm to be given the keys. Front desk had to fix my key once but that was due to my key touching my magnetic backing to my phone. No issues with parking, was able to walk to get coffee and donuts. We went to the pool every night. Over all great stay, we will stay here again next time we come down.

My husband and I loved staying here. The unit was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful lake view. We had more than enough space to relax and enjoy our time. This is a great location. We were close to everything that we wanted to do, all 3 Universal parks. Disney is very close as well. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay in this lovely unit. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We have stayed in many places we found through VRBO, and this was the best one. It has all the amenities needed; the furniture is well-kept and very comfortable; cleanliness is top-notch; the view is spectacular. We didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very clean, and the people enjoying them looked very happy.The hosts are very easy to correspond with, and very accommodating. We will definitely be booking here again!

Nice 9th floor condo super close to Disney Springs. Convenient location for travel any direction. Great restaurants nearby, nice pool, good parking. 5th stay at this complex and would stay again.

We are Shshank & Prerna Jain from Austin TX. We have two grown-up kids. We like to travel a lot. We love to spend time in Orlando with so many amusement parks around and other entertainment, shopping, golf as well as short drive from lovely beaches. Our family visited the resort many times and we created beautiful memories from each time.

The location does the heavy lifting. Disney Springs is under a mile away and the theme parks are all a short drive, but the resort itself sits right on Lake Bryan — so after a day in the crowds you come back to open water and quiet. From the balcony you can watch water skiers by day and Disney's fireworks at night. Premium Outlets is four minutes out, Starbucks is in the complex, three golf courses are nearby, and the coast is an easy drive. It's rare to be this close to everything and still feel like you've escaped it.
