Beautiful Home with Amazing Views from house and deep-water dock on Little Stonehouse Creek. Covered slip and lift available for ski boat (up to 8,000 lbs), lifts for Jet Skis and docking on side for pontoon boat. Large kitchen and coffee bar. All decks and piers have trek decking. Plenty of room for sleeping arrangements. Two kayaks, and two stand up paddle boards, and Rubber Docky. Downstairs includes playroom with bar, shuffleboard, 2 player video arcades with 412 games, foosball table, and 75" TV.

Outside amenities include kitchenette on pier, porch swing, disc golf basket, basketball goal and ping pong table. High end grille from BQGrilles out of Wilson NC for serious chefs.

Lakin’ It Easy: Low traffic, open cove, just off the main lake. The views from the house and the dock are amazing. It's hard to figure out where to stop to relax from the lower deck porch swing to start with coffee, the upper deck for lunch, afternoon sunning on the second level of the dock, and dinner on the lower dock. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or just relaxing in the perfect location. Being renters in the past, we know what amenities make the place memorable. In this house, there is a large living room for gatherings, a dining room and bar area together that seat 20, and a large, modern kitchen to manage every meal. There are two large refrigerators, both with ice makers, two microwaves, and a fully equipped laundry room. The dock also includes a small refrigerator and a kitchenette for drinks and snacks throughout the day. The two-story dock includes a very large sundeck and all composite decking. We also provide the features we most appreciated as renters which include a covered boat lift for a ski boat (up to 8,000 lbs), jet ski lifts, and side docking for a pontoon boat. We have extra lifejackets and a Rubber Dockey for water fun. There are four Roku equipped TV's set for your streaming needs, including a 75" TV in the game room.

No worries for a rainy day. Game room includes a bar, indoor shuffleboard, a 2-person arcade consul with over 400 games, an outdoor Ping-Pong table, a foosball table, and a disc golf basket for a game or Horse and there is a basketball goal at the top of the driveway. The lower deck includes multiple seating options include a swing, chase lounges, and a hammock perfect for an afternoon siesta.

Main floor: Master bedroom and main guest room each with their own bathrooms
Master bedroom: King Bed with private suite bath with jetted tub and separate shower with double vanity and a large walk-in closet
2nd bedroom: Two full size bed with separate bathroom
Upstairs also includes an office with amazing lake views for those that must keep up with business at home as well. Free wifi is included.
Downstairs:
Game room including large bar area with separate microwave and refrigerator and large play area.
3rd bedroom: Queen size bed in lovely room with amazing lakefront views.
4th bedroom: Queen size bed with amazing lakefront views.
5th bedroom: Bunk beds and trundle bed in room with amazing lakefront views.
6th bedroom: Two full-size beds.
Downstairs includes two full baths as well and there is a lovely outdoor shower on the lower deck.


Open floor plan with kitchen, living area, and dining area with seating for up to 20. All cooking and eating necessities as well, including 2 coffee makers, 12 cup coffee machine and Keurig Coffee Machine in a dedicated coffee bar.
Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer/Iron and Ironing Board.
Additional seating areas on the upper deck for meals as well.

Boathouse: Huge sundeck with plenty of room for lounging and dining; large water level deck for sitting and swimming; 2 standup paddleboards and 2 kayaks for your use as well. 10 ft deep at the end of the boathouse.

Great Location:
Littleton, with many amenities, is only 3 miles away. Great restaurants including Mexican, Italian, and American all found there including gas stations and a grocery store. Blue Jay Bistro offers five-star dining and Littleton hosts a Saturday night music festival at their outdoor Ampitheater. Several dining choices on the lake are accessible by land or boat including ice cream just a kayak ride away at the Thousand Trails Store.
