270 Oia's View Cavehouse VII, is a Villa with a private swimming pool carved in the mountain and a beautiful view over the picturesque village of Oia, the islands of Folegandros, Sikinos, Antiparos, Ios, Naxos, Amorgos and the unique Sunset of Santorini.

E. Vasilakis, architect and owner, designed and constructed the Villa with extreme respect to the natural landscape and the well known Santorinian traditional bioclimatic architecture. High quality materials combined with the traditional methods of Santorini’s technicians gave an outcome of fully functional interior spaces and excellent minimal aesthetic completely adapted to the unique scenery.

Just 700m from the main pedestrian street of Oia and with a number of quality restaurants nearby, the guest has the option to enjoy privacy far from the crowds or visit the village within a few minutes. The famous hiking trail that connects Oia with Fira is also adjacent to the property providing the unique experience of walking along the edge of the caldera cliff while enjoying the amazing views.

The location also offers the rare advantage of car accessibility considering that Oia is a protected village where vehicles are not allowed to cross. Furthermore free parking space is provided in our premises for our guests. The nearest bus stop is in 50m in case somenoe wishes to explore the whole island using public transportation.

The Villa consists of 2 caves which are united by a small tunnel. Each of these caves has natural lighting and immediate access to the outdoor space with the swimming pool and the built sitting area. They can also be used separately.

Entering the Villa (at the biggest cave on the right) you find the fully equipped kitchen with the livingroom and the dining area. The open space bedroom with the built bed and the bathroom, is adjacent to the living room so that someone can enjoy the view from wherever he stands.

The smaller cave on the left is the master bedroom with the private spacious bathroom (with hydro massage shower).

In front of the two caves, a big yard can host all outdoor activities next to the landsceped garden and the private swimming pool.

Inside the villa, the bright colours, the minimal decoration and the carefully adjusted lighting create an ambient interior.

The grey coulour on the facade and the swimming pool area, enhance the adaptability of the cavehouse and its outdoor space in the local enviroment since grey is the main colour of the north part of Santorini land.
