We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were clean and were a highlight of our trip. Everything in the house worked as expected, and we also had a great time playing pool.The home could use a few cosmetic updates, such as repairing some peeling flooring and replacing or cleaning the stained carpeting, but those minor issues didn’t affect our comfort or overall enjoyment. We would happily stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family of 5! It’s convenient to restaurants and stores and was just a short drive to the Stockyards or Dallas. The host was very communicative and made the process so easy. The house is extremely spacious, beds were comfortable and the pool table was a fun touch that the whole family enjoyed! The pool was beautiful, although still a little chilly for swimming, so we opted to use the hot tub and it was lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall we really enjoyed this property. The pool and hot tub are clean and we spent lots of time using them both! The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked well, and the ceiling fans in the room were great for the hot weather.The living room is large and couches are comfy.Both bathrooms were clean.The cons were that the carpets are stained and also that some of the kitchen wasn't very clean. The dishwasher had a very bad odor, and a few of the utensils looked like they weren't cleaned. We ran a dishwasher cleaner cycle and that helped, but didn't entirely fix the dishwasher smell.

We has several issues, but the property manager, John, responded immediately and remedied the situation within a few hours. Overall, the property is in a well-kept older neighborhood, close to grocery stores and good restaurants. About 20 minutes to the Stockyards, 25 to DFW, 40 to Texas Rangers Stadium. The house is large and accommodated our family with ease. House could use some updating of interior colors and flooring. Pool & hot tub were great, barking dogs on both sides not so much! All in all, comfortable place to stay in the Ft Worth area.

Everything about our stay was nice from checking in. To the cleanliness of the house, the pool was really nice and my family and I had a really good time.

Area was safe and quit at night. Hot tub was an added treat. Pool was too cold to enjoy this time of year. Home is conveniently located to store, restaurants and parks.
