Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Primarily bedroom with en suite bath is large and comfortable with King size bed. One guest bedroom consists of a queen bed and the other with 2 full size beds. Providing ample room for the whole family. Complete with a washer and dryer.

There is no BBQ grill at the house they are located at the pool area and also at the park.
There is a community swimming pool to use for your enjoyment. keys will be provided upon check-in. there is a $250 refundable Deposit when the key is returned to the lockbox and a photo is submitted. You can contact your host to set this up. There is also a large community park at the corner of the block featuring a kids playground, tennis and basketball courts that is are free to use during your stay. Proper conduct must be exercised at all times at either of these facilities as this is a quiet family environment. Please be nice to all residents and guests in community areas and please don't discuss short-term rentals with strangers. THANK YOU!
