Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Party Policy Violation or Exceeding 8 People in the House: $1500 Fine
Children cannot be near the pool or hot tub without adult supervision. The pool is not heated. Jumping into the pool or hot tub is not allowed.
Parking Violation (Blocking the Road, Blocking Neighbor's Driveway, or Parking on Neighbor's Driveway): $350 Fine
