The owners were available and accessible. They reached out initially to establish a relationship. The home is very close to all the restaurants and stores on Flagler plus a 10 min walk to the beach. The home is comfortable and has plenty of space to rest and relax.

Beautiful property, wonderful host. This can not be beat. What's better than being on Flagler? Being ten steps off of Flagler. Private, yet still in the middle of everything. Not only is this surrounded by all the shops and restaurants you could ever need, you are right down the street from Grayce K. Barch Park. We will be coming back every chance we get.

Great Getaway

Debbie thought of everything. We loved the property. It was perfect for us and our two teenage girls (14 &16). We would have had enough room for each of them to bring a friend. Location was perfect! Close to the beach and Flagler avenue with tons of restaurants and shops. Will stay again!

Excellent vacation home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the beachcomber resort over Memorial Day weekend. The host was fantastic and very accommodating. The home was pristine, super cutely decorated and had all of the amenities we needed and more! We will definitely be back!
My daughter and her friend had an amazing experience.

Beachcomber New Smyrna

Property was as described in the listing. The hosts were easy to communicate with and attentive regarding any needs and extras that we inquired about. Location is perfect for beach access and for shopping dining and forgetting your daily worries. We have saved this property as a favorite and on on returning in the future. Very pleased and satisfied with our choice.

Lovely staycation

Our friends from California were coming for a visit and, while we live just 25 minutes away, we wanted to show them what a cool, hip place New Smyrna was - especially Flagler Avenue. They loved it and it was so fun being walking distance to all of the action and the beautiful beach. The house was so amazing - great indoor and outdoor space, with everything we needed for a memorable time. The hosts were in contact and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location - beautiful home

The location can’t be beat one block off Flagler yet it never felt like we were in the party zone - the home is very private. It is beautifully decorated and beds are quite comfortable and towels lush. Loved the touches like beach towels, chairs and boogie boards and sand toys. If you have kids there is a pack and play and high chair. Check in was a breeze and we were even given an early check in. They do not allow late check outs due to the cleaning company schedule and they have a weird rule about no one in the house but registered guests - even for a pop in - but as long as you know that itits easy to follow the rules and the owners go out of their way to accommodate your needs. We will definitely rent again - it felt like we found that diamond you always hope for.

This adorable bungalow is so close to the beach, and it's walking distance to everything we could've wanted. Cozy, private and well-equipped.

Great Home!

We loved this cared for home. It's very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and just steps from Flagler Ave. Debbie is a wonderful host as well!

Great property & location!

The house was wonderful and exactly as advertised. The location is great and walking distance to everything around Flagler Avenue. It’s perfect for two couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Host was a pleasure and readily available. Check in and check out was easy. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Great location and nice place!

Art and Debbie’s place is perfect for a weekend away or a longer stay. The place had all we needed, was very clean, and was in an excellent location very close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We are looking forward to staying here again next time!

Perfect weekend get away...

This was the perfect house and location for our stay. Everything that we wanted to do over the long weekend was accomplished by foot as everything was in walking distance. The house is even better than the photos. Looking forward to booking next year.

Nirvana In New Smyrna Beach!!!

We could not have asked for a better home in a better location with better owners. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so in the future. New Smyrna Beach is an awesome little town with plenty of wonderful restaurants and things to do. This home is just off of the main road and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Debbie, the property owner was fantastic to work with and this was a top-notch home that was absolutely spotless upon arrival. LOVED IT HERE!!!

Christmas Beach Week

Such a cute house, perfect for our family! We were impressed with all of the amenities and “extras” available during our stay… beach gear, towels, toiletries, and basic pantry items in the kitchen. Everything was new and clean! We enjoyed grilling out and eating on the outdoor deck, and it was so great to be within walking distance of shops & restarants.

Adorable Flagler Ave Home

First and foremost, location, is excellent ! Walkable to Flagler Ave (literally a house away ) and walkable to the beach. The house is thoroughly cleaned , very cute & homey. The communication with the owner is open & they are very friendly and you feel like they care, not only about their property, but your trip as well. when you stay, you’ll see what I mean. I would definitely rent again.

Fantastic find for a fabulous girls weekend

The home & property were exactly as described & the host was fantastic about communication. I received easy instructions, simple check-in & even a list of local attractions. We appreciated the starter set of items because we arrived after dark & didn’t go anywhere the first night. The community is lovely with many places to walk & everyone we met was very friendly. We made use of the well stocked kitchen for a few meals & coffee every morning. We all agreed we wish we could have had a few more days on our trip to take in even more. I am so happy I found this listing, it is definitely one of the best VRBO experiences we have had.

Great cabin and location

We enjoyed our stay at Laurel Mist. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for visiting the towns in the area, Debbie was such a gracious host. Check in and check out was very easy. If back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations

I travel often and this rental experience was by far the best! The house was better than advertised. The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was exactly what we were looking for as it was close to Flagler Ave and the Beach. If I could give a 10 star I would. I highly recommend and will be booking again. Fun-filled girls trip

Had a great extended weekend with mom and daughter. Safe and comfortable stay—stocked with all the basics you’d hope for—and close to everything. Spent a day at Linville Falls and Caverns. Packed a lunch and hammock for an afternoon relaxing in Price Park Picnic Area. Traveled to Boone and Blowing Rock for great meals and shopping. We also enjoyed walking the amenities, playing in the arcade and relaxing at the beach.

Great mountain cabin

Very comfortable with everything we needed. Very clean, with nice little touches like a bottle of wine and Hershey kisses left for us. Great communication with property manager and immediate responses to any questions. An enjoyable stay for us.
