You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy.

Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service.

You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place and our retired parents have the space nextdoor.

We live close enough to help if any issues arrise. We'd love to interact if you desire.

The space a two bedroom, one bath apartment with tons of light, completely private.

There's two bedrooms, a master and a second.

The second room has two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. A ceiling fan, closet, and places to charge your devices, and a tv.

The master bedroom has a new king size memory foam mattress and pillows, TV and concept2 rower.
Guest access
You'll have your own private entrance.

Self check in with a lock pad. Clasp lock also included inside the door should you wish to use it.

Street parking.

My family and I travel often and we've done our best to make this a worry free rental space. There's no heirlooms to damage here. If there's anything we can do better, please speak freely. We'll immediately fix it to make your stay great!
Other things to note
Resilient flooring throughout for sanitation. Please DO NOT drag heavy items or slide furniture. Such action will cut the flooring.

There are ceiling fans in each room. Our place stays comfortable unless the temperature is above 90-- at which point we install a 12k btu AC unit with remote in the master bedroom. Salem homes in this area were not built with HVAC as the summers are usually mild.

Each room has it's own radiator heater and thermostat for colder visits. A seasonal wood burning unit for your use (see instructions posted on stove)

As a duplex, you have full private access. The other unit has permanent residents who won't mind you coming and going as you please.
