The host was amazing and provided fast and efficient service. The residence itself needed some work, most cabinets were broken/didnt work, missing handles and didn't seem very hygenic. Fridge had no running water connected to the dispenser, faucet handles did not work and shower head has extremely hard pressure but very little stream. Overall fine experience for one night but not practical for long stays.

Arrived to property with garbage bags and garbage out front. It was not ready for us , we arrived at 3pm.When we entered the floor was sticky, the walls are filthy, the counters and table was dirty.It took us an hour of cleaning before we could get to the rest of the property.There we discovered that there was no hot water. This was constant for 3 days. We had to ask the people next door to turn it on and text the host every few hours.. I have all the texts. Windows won’t open. Patio door broken and off hinges. Blinds broken and not working. Electricity in 2 rooms not working. 3 days later we were told we had to ask to have electricity in all rooms. 2 of the 3 beds were broken, we have video of how dirty it was underneath and the broken bricks and pieces of wood trying to hold it up,and the one bed that was apparently ok was in a room with no electricity. Microwave was also not working due to breaker being turned off.The furniture was so stained we had to cover it with blankets so our guests would be able to sit on it. And we had to sleep on it! Holes in the walls, doors broken and splintered, sinks in bathrooms were filthy, the bathroom cabinet in main bedroom fell off, scared us half to death in the middle of the night !!Refrigerator had one shelf left that was filthy.I am requesting a full refund as we left early on Wednesday morning instead of Thursday. Meetings canceled, told to wait for refunds when we checked out

Great property with an amazing view

It’s a spacious 4 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. The unit was clean upon arrival and the property manager personally came to help check us in and provide us a tour of the property. The property manager was responsive throughout the stay. The view of the nightsky is mesmerizing while enjoying the warmth of the firepit. Highly recommend this property for events and/or just a peaceful night away from the chaotic city life.

Family Event

This stay with Khalid and his team was one of the best experiences in terms of service provided. Khalid was quick to respond, understanding, and incredibly kind. Him along with the property manager were very attentive and flexible which made our stressful day much easier. 10/10 would recommend and would love to come back. The space itself was very large and open which was perfect for our family to get together. Looking forward to come again soon!

Had a great time. The property is beautiful and great for walks with our pups. Close to anything you would want. Property owner and manager were very kind and attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Amazing rental experience

Thank you to everyone involved with this rental . I have had the best time ,both times I was here. Clean , spacious , beautiful view , great host , great property management , parking , no hiccups and no hidden fees. The host is great with communication and organization . I am already booking my next stay .I’d recommend this place to anyone throwing small gatherings or to anyone wanting to have a small getaway with their significant other that’s not far away from the GTA at all.

King City guest house

This is a gorgeous property and a lovely unit. The property managers were great however the unit had some damage and wasn't super clean. Confirm your cookware and dishes ahead of time as it wasn't equipped with all supplies and you may want to bring some of your own from home.

Beautiful location and views, spacious but in need of new couches or at minimum couch covers. Also broken blinds in dining and missing blinds in bedrooms. This place has so much potential that is being missed. Towels should be replaced. Walls, doors and baseboards were extremely dirty and just need a washing. Host was great, responded to items needed, such as more than 4 towels for 8 people, 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people, and toaster, and wine opener. Not a great stocked kitchen, but when asked he brought it over quickly. He was kind and great to deal with

Golf Stay

Our group was playing The Club at Bondhead and needed a place for 4 people. The home was perfect. 4 Bedrooms with huge kitchen and living room area. The host provided snacks, fruit, and soft drinks. The view from the living room is stunning overlooking a large valley. Will book again to play golf in the area.

Hidden Gem

First of all, the host Khalid went above and beyond the expectations. Very friendly and generous. Talk to this man before you go and he will mostly try to accommodate all your needs. I had a weekend getaway with friends and family, if you are looking for something cozy and vibrant, this is the spot. For sure this property could give you more than a 5 star experience.

Excellent!!

Oh my goodness, what can I say. Mr. Khalid was constantly in touch with me from the first day until I left the property. The double head showers are amazing, the king size beds. We were greeted with lovely classical music, a platter of fruits, snacks. No 5 star hotel compares to the beautiful acres of land. I will visit again :)

Beautiful home, great for special occasions!

The house and property itself was beautiful and it was a lovely place to have a special occasion at, but there were a lot of things within the house that could use some fixing. There were holes in bedroom doors, broken/missing blinds, clogged sinks, freezer door wouldn’t stay closed, front entrance door would not stay closed unless it was locked, hair on the beds/pillows, etc. we stayed one night therefore it honestly was not bad at all as we enjoyed how beautiful the views and large space was. Overall the property owner was great at communicating and allowed us to checkout later than expected so thank you!

Great place and time.

The place was clean and well appointed. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. The beds were great. There were 6 people in our group but only 5 bath towels. No hand towels or wash clothes. I didn’t see anything in the description that said to bring any towels, etc. Other than that everything was great!
