This a very nice newer neighborhood that is gated and right by a freeway entrance so you can quickly go where you need to go, especially the strip! We will give you the correct address after you book.

What makes this property unique

This property has four bathrooms and two are ensuite! That is rare to find! So two bedrooms have complete privacy. We also have a downstairs bedroom with a walk in shower for those who have difficulty with climbing stairs.
