Welcome to our quiet little greenway home! Come enjoy a small but enjoyable condo with much to offer in the Cary area. Unit has a very comfy king and queen bed! Small families and business professionals welcome. Please note we will be updating check-in time to be 4pm starting in 2026 to allow for more time to clean in between guests and help with potential later checkouts due to flight/travel delays. Thanks for your understanding!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We also really liked the location and it was close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our time in Cary. It is a nice place to visit.

Great Location/Sweet Spot

We loved the proximity to grocery, Raleigh and NC State while enjoying the greenway that run behind the neighborhood. The house was very cozy, clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

The neighborhood was great with the greenway trail accessible. Perfect place to stay and Uber to Koka Booth for a concert. The condo was perfect for what we needed! Great communication with the host.

Quiet and comfortable really nice that it was close to the Greenway. We arrived late at night was just a little challenging to locate the exact condo, but really happy we did

Nice location, cozy condo

The 2 bedroom/1bath condo worked perfectly for our stay. It was centrally located, off a road that had both a nature trail and/or sidewalks to take a morning/afternoon walk. The condos bathroom was Jack and Jill in style, and the bedrooms were nice and cozy, with the laundry being a bonus! We used the coffee maker each day, along with some of the other kitchen amenities, however, did eat out durning most of our stay. We really enjoyed Anna’s Pizzeria in the downtown Apex area. The condo was just as advertised, and was the perfect size for us!
