Relax or find inspiration in this Boho/ Hygge inspired bungalow. It’s colorful, comfy and homey. Enjoy the rocking chairs or porch swing on the front porch or sit by a fire on the back patio. 5 min from anywhere downtown. 10 min from USC stadium for games, walkable to restaurants and
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. Nice linens, pillows and blankets make it so cozy you may not want to get out of bed. If you need to work while you’re here, there is plenty of space to spread out at the dining room table.
We have included all the necessities in the kitchen to cook with. You’ll find pots, pans, dishes and basic items like olive oil, salt, pepper and spices. Also, you’ll find detergent in the laundry room and cleaning supplies should you want them to use while you’re here.
As avid travelers who use short term rentals ourselves, we have tried to include those items we hope are in places we stay.

Wonderful House in Wonderful Neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay in Columbia. We were able to hang out with local family and relax. The neighborhood is walkable which is important to me. It is close to downtown. The back yard is a great space to catch some warmth from the sun and let the dog roam freely. Beds and bedding are super comfortable and the decor is interesting and tasteful. We will stay there again.

Hosting has allowed me to tap into my creative side. We’ve found lots of local fun art to fill the spaces. It’s fun getting the house ready for each quest. It makes us feel so good when people enjoy the space we have created.

Why they chose this property

I live very close by and this side of downtown is fun, eclectic, artsy and growing. I love the proximity to local restaurants and all the fun activities downtown on Main Street.

What makes this property unique

The outdoor spaces are fantastic. People remark how much they sit on the front porch or by the fire pit, or under the covered patio out back. Also, there’s cornhole, large checkers, games to play or inside there’s tranquil place to read if it’s rainy outside.
