Welcome to Houdini by the Sea! This wonderful island escape is centrally located just a short walk to the beaches and the best village area shops, restaurants and sites on St. Simons Island. Guests of Houdini by the Sea will have their own private heated pool (heated upon request for $45/day) with plenty of pool side seating and lounging for use during their stay. The newly landscaped pool area with a 12' x 30' pool and backyard has beautiful turf grass, perfect for families to enjoy fun games. Tastefully decorated with a clean and coastal decor inside, this home will feel like your home away from home from the moment you step inside. Offering 5 private bedrooms, each bed offers guests a comfortable place for guests to relax after a fun day on the island.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen give guests plenty of space to gather and make memories while enjoying meals together or for a fun game night! Guests will find two guest bedrooms on the main living level sharing a hallway bathroom. Two additional guest bedrooms with a hallway guest bath and the primary suite are located on the 2nd level along with the laundry offering a washer and dryer. The home offers several porches for enjoying a lazy morning sipping coffee or watching an afternoon thunderstorm roll through the island.

Amazing house in a great location!!

We are just home a wonderful 2 weeks at Houdini By the Sea (late Feb- early March). The location was great walkable to the Pier shopping area and the beaches. The house itself is so well equipped with a large kitchen and living spaces. Pool area is nice to sit by. Would definitely return!

Fun at the Houdini House

All was fine except the home description and pictures indicated there were three kings upstairs and there were not. One was a full size bed. Don’t think it was even a queen. The property company worked out something for us but my grandson ended up having to sleep on a pull out couch in the main room where everyone wanted to gather in the a.m. I also feel they could be a bit more generous with the staples…t paper, laundry pods etc. The pool was nice, we heated it and there are several beach chairs in a storage area there by the pool if you would like to take them to the beach. The house is well located and beautifully decorated.
