Playa Ocotal and Playas del Coco are a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a single main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. This location is approximately a 45 minutes drive from the Liberia Airport.

Split across two levels (each level with two bedrooms and its own living area), the design grants flexibility and privacy — perfect for families traveling together or groups seeking shared space with distinct zones. The private pool overlooks the bay and horizon, inviting morning swims, relaxed afternoons and sunset gatherings.
Inside, you’ll find comfortable lounge areas, fully furnished kitchens, sliding glass doors that extend the living space outside, and balconies that frame the ocean beyond. Though tucked into the hillside, you’re only minutes from Playa Ocotal’s calm beach, local restaurants and the conveniences of Playas del Coco. Managed by Zindis Hospitality, your stay is supported from start to finish, allowing you to focus on connection, relaxation and discovery.
