Beautiful apartment, clean and well appointed. Washer and dryer were key for us. Walking distance to everything including bourbon trail, historic Louisville, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wendy, a washer and dryer on site makes a longer stay so much easier, and it is good to know that tipped the scales for you. Being able to walk to the bourbon trail, historic Louisville, and the restaurants is a real bonus. Hope to host you again.

The apartment was beautiful and I instantly felt at home! I truly did not want to leave when it was time to check out. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook meals, the bathroom was huge and water pressure / hot water in the shower was amazing! It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. The balcony was great, even though it was cold outside when I stayed. Words cannot describe how lovely my stay was!

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for our stay. It was right downtown within walking distance to so many place. Fourth street live was a block away. The complex itself had many great features that added to our stay. Apartment was clean and perfect!

Everything was great but if you drive a higher profile vehicle you won’t fit in the parking deck so something to be aware of. My truck hardly fit and had we drove my husbands truck we couldn’t have parked in the deck

The Apartment was great, has lots of space and amenities. Tyler was very responsive and flexible with schedule. Overall, this would be a go to place to stay in town!

Beautiful, Clean, Great location

Went to a concert at Mercury ballroom with my daughter for my birthday. Great place. Super clean. Great location. Will stay again. Patio was great and the plane watching was a nice touch as well. Hallway to the place smell great and so did tthe whole Unit.

This is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is significantly larger than a hotel room and has a full, well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee. There is a pleasant little balcony, and the building itself is amazing: beautiful pool with hammocks, Cafe with pool table and free beverages, gym, pet spa, and a golf simulator. Better than staying at the Omni.

Beautiful apartment. Great communication with Tyler too! Just wish the parking had more clear numbers on the spot. Struggled to find it at first when other spots it was more definitive. Would definitely stay again!

It was a great location and an easy walk to 4th Street live and restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to make it feel comfortable. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. Very secure complex
