We really enjoyed our stay and broken Bow. There was some issues with the air conditioner, not working on the first day upstairs, but the host did provide us with a free night and gave us air conditioner unit units on the second day. Most of the kids stayed upstairs so they were really hot. There was a missing futon that was in the pictures that was going to be used as another sleeping bed for the gas, but it was missing. The host was replying to text messages but if you email using the app, the response responses won’t be answered so just make sure you use the phone number given. After the first day, we had a really good time and we played games and really enjoyed ourselves. It was uncomfortable the first night, but it was comfortable the rest of the nights. The power was also completely off for the beginning of the check-in due to the area having a power outage, but once the power came back on the air-conditioning unit didn’t work upstairs. The power was off until 10 PM or so. The cabin is really nice. We just had a few issues checking in.

The AC unit down stairs condensation line was stopped up and leaking had to frequently mop, was supposed to be 2 futon in loft only 1, per pics there was chairs at the firepit, ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work and per pics there was supposed to be more gaming things. Also stove burners seemed to be going out almost had to cook on high to cook stuff. But it was a beautiful cabin, some areas were not cleaned as well as I felt it could have been like shower in master bath and porch.

Our stay did not match the condition or amenities that were advertised, and several issues significantly affected our experience. The air conditioning did not cool the cabin properly, making it uncomfortable throughout our stay. The refrigerator also failed to keep food cold, and some of the groceries we purchased spoiled as a result. The listing advertised two futons, but there was only one available, leaving our group without the sleeping accommodations we expected. Additionally, the couch was broken, the refrigerator bin was broken, and the floors were visibly dirty when we arrived. The property itself appeared poorly maintained, and the faucet water had a noticeable odor. The fire pit area, where families are encouraged to make s’mores, had no lighting whatsoever. Once it got dark, it was pitch black, making it difficult and unsafe for the kids to enjoy that amenity. We chose this cabin based on its description and expected it to be clean, functional, and accurately represented. Unfortunately, multiple advertised features were either missing or not working, and several maintenance issues should have been addressed before guests arrived. I would appreciate your prompt response and a fair resolution.
