Cool breezy summers and stunning white winters await you in the mountains of WV! Enjoy a private cabin situated on two wooded lots with a babbling creek, which can be heard as you relax on the rear deck, running along the back of the property. The kitchen and dining area overlooks this scenic forest with a sliding glass door that leads out to your woodland paradise. The spacious living area boasts a wood-burning country stove set on a beautifully crafted natural stone hearth surrounded by floor-to-ceiling stone walls. Perfect for taking the chill off of a cool mountain evening or to cozy up to after cross-country skiing. Wood-beamed ceilings throughout the home lend warmth and character. Laundry, full bath, and exercise area also located on the first floor. Bathrooms and kitchen remodeled in 2014 and feature ceramic tile floors. Rustic timber stairs lead you to the second floor which has two bedrooms with cathedral wood ceilings, five beds, and a 2nd full bath. Spend the day on the 18-hole golf course or head down to the boatyard for a paddle in your kayak in the 150 acre stocked lake. Take a dip in the resort's heated indoor pool, or the swimming area at the beach. Break a sweat in the fitness center overlooking the crystal-clear lake. Working from your home-away-from-home is easy with high speed fiber internet at the 100 mbps service level. Other resort amenities include 24/7 security, mini golf, bocce court, hiking trails, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse containing restaurant & bar. Located just 30 minutes from Deep Creek Lake and Wisp Resort in McHenry, MD.

Resort access:
Guests are entitled to use of the sandy beach, fitness center, and heated indoor pool during their normal operating hours.

Guest access:
The entire house with the exception of the owner's closet and crawlspace are available for guests. The shed is currently not available for guest access.

Other things to note:
Lake is actively stocked with Rainbow Trout, Yellow Perch, Black Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Channel Catfish, and Bluegills (fishing license fees are separate). Boating is available for $15 launch fee, note that gasoline engines are strictly prohibited. A single security camera is on the property for exterior automated monitoring only.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent changes at the resort, street parking is no longer allowed during the winter. Parking is limited to the off-street area for two cars. All others are subject to being towed by the resort.
