Folly Beach Treehouse by the River

This is a wonderful and unique house close to everything in Folly Beach, and very convenient to downtown Charleston. Restaurants, shops, and the beach are all within easy walking distance. Kelly and Richard were great hosts and there were no issues at all during our stay.

Extended Family Vacay

Overall the house was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. The beds were extra comfy. We enjoyed our stay and especially the deck overlooking the river. The location was great. We could easily walk to Bert's and Center Street. We rented a golf cart to haul everything to the beach and that was a lot of fun!

Treehouse Stay

What a gem! Kelly was extremely accommodating to fit my group in last minute after a mishap by another company. Gorgeous build, especially with the tree feature on the deck and spacious rooms and showers. Nice location, walkable to town and beach but peaceful.

Girls Getaway trip

The house is very spacious and well decorated. The beds and bedding were quite comfortable and the location ideal. It was very quiet and within walking distance to many restaurants/bars in the evening which was great. Communication with the host was fine. Despite all the fabulous positives, there were two items that need to be addressed: 1) the property needs a good insect treatment as we experienced multiple encounters with gnats and roaches and 2) the Wi-fi needs to be reviewed as it was not stable.
