Love this house !! Perfect for our family and our needs. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Host is great ! We had no issues or reason to contact but he reached out about putting trash out on right day. Great location !! A 2 min walk to beach , Bert’s open 24/7, chico feo! Central air and washer/dryer! A very nice screened in porch with comfy chairs for sitting and just enjoying life ! There’s a big TV in the living room and also one in the master bedroom Master bedroom has a nice en suite bath. Second bedroom, just as nice second bathroom just outside the door. A great beach house it suited the four of us perfectly.

Property has excellent location- easy walk to beach, pier, Center St.- onlyused car to go to lighthouse and off island. Charleston is a very doable day trip and definitely worth it. The size and layout of house is great- has everything you need-appreciated beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Screened porch was enjoyable, even with construction staging area across the street. Ernie was an informative and responsive host- we took his recommendation for dinner at Edison on St James island and had a wonderful time. Our first trip to Folly was great -weather better than we could have hoped for.

We had a little difficulty finding the house late, late at night in the dark but we found it! It's on the corner of E Erie Ave & 2nd E St. The house was great & just like the pictures. We loved the screened in porch & spent our time in there. Perfect walking distance from every place. The beach is beautiful!

The house is wonderful, super close to beach, shops and restaurants. Supplied with beach items for adults and kids. We enjoyed the boogie boards and beach cart. Also, it was cleaned spotless and the kitchen is great for all your needs. I would definitely rent again. Only down side is it's not the quietest spot. Great house and great host though!

Wonderful host - house described accurately. Location is spot on and parking is plentiful. It was just me and my husband, which allowed for plenty of space for the two of us. Weather was perfect, although that wasn't part of the rental agreement :) Thanks for making our beach vacay another wonderful trip to Folly!

Very pleased with the property and the location. Walk to the beach or Center street where most shops and restaurants are. We did rent a golf cart that allowed us to visit different parts of Folly with ease. We plan on returning to this property in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is exactly as described, yet even better in person. It was thoughtfully furnished and decorated, and absolutely immaculate. The bonus of having beach towels, chairs, and a wagon available for our use was a huge plus to us as we flew in from the DC region and wouldn't have been able to bring beach gear. The five-minute walk to the beach was a piece of cake, with the added perk of getting to walk right past Chico Feo and Bert's. Ernie was super fast to answer any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this "gem" again!

What a great place! It was everything it was advertised to be and more. The location is perfect and it’s super easy to get to the beach. There is every thing you could possibly need in the kitchen, washer and dryer, shady screened in porch, beach chairs and toys— even a wagon! And it’s right by Bert’s market and Chico Feo— YUM! Ernie was a fabulous host and super responsive. A really wonderful stay!
