Vårt hem ligger på en kanal precis utanför St Martins River / Bay. Vi är husdjursvänliga upp till (2) hundar med en avgift. Ocean Pines är verkligen en juvel som ligger bara 5 miles från Ocean City och Atlanten. Samhället har fyra utomhuspooler, en inomhuspool, en 18-håls utformad golfbana, helt nya yacht club, två marinor. en samlingslokal, en tennis komplex, fotbollsplaner, baseball fält, basketplaner, flera sjöar och många parker, lekplatser, vandringsleder och en ny skateboardpark. Ocean City Beach Club med stranden parkering, pool, snackbar, Tiki Bar och toaletter och duschar med direkt tillgång till stranden i Ocean City. Contemporary Waterfront Home med 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, sover 11 bekvämt. Veranda med utsikt över kanalen. Direkt-TV och trådlöst internet. Fullt utrustat kök, central AC, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, husdjursvänlig. Vissa hyror under sommarsäsongen har tillgång till alla pooler, (4) badpass och (1) parkeringskort ingår i 1 juni-september veckouthyrning.

A home away from home at 3 Clipper Court

My husband and I and our little dog enjoyed our stay.It was comfortable and spacious with all of the amenities we could ask for. Our hosts were there for us whenever we had a question of any kind. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. And we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home in a lovely setting by the water.

Nice home, but needs updating.

We enjoyed our stay -- especially that we could have our dogs with us. Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation when we arrived. The ants were in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The owner was very responsive and had an exterminator come out. However, we still had to throw out some food and ended up with ant bites. The twin bed mattresses need to be updated.

October getaway

We enjoyed our stay, the beach is not far, the playground was great, the house was clean and comfortable. We were close to restaurants, shopping, activities and the beach was just a short drive away.

Well equipped house in a great location. Plenty of room for 6 or 8 people with a great open kitchen and living room. Communication with owner was easy and she responded to. Calls quickly.

Relaxing Getaway

Our family enjoyed a lovely, relaxing week in Ocean Pines. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Easily accomodates pets. The house was clean, cozy and stocked with everything needed for cooking. We did encounter a small problem with the lockbox, but this was easily resolved. Within a short drive to everything we needed to enjoy the vacation!

Love this house. We've stayed several times over the years. Beach-season, off-season, once during a hurricane warning... It's on the water, pool is a short walk away, beautiful sunsets and the house is stocked with every amenity you could ask for. Definitely will continue to return!

Easter bike trip

We took a trip to visit Berlin, and biking in Trap Pond State Park; the location was perfect. We rode on the OC boardwalk, and had snacks. Lots of space, good layout, and a large room that according to my kid "was like being outside without being outside" (sunny). We were able to cook a full Easter dinner with the kitchen supplies.

Nice getaway

All around was a great place to stay. Some things need updated. The one bathroom has no outlets at all. The WiFi and cable didn’t work half the week. But other than that it was fantastic. Great access to the bay. We would stay here again!

Sufficient

Depending on what you are looking for, this place was sufficient for my family. It allowed for our dog to come along with us which is mainly what we wanted. I was, however, a bit turned off by the cleanliness. I had to clean the bathroom and kitchen to feel more comfortable. It was great otherwise! We spent a majority of our time outdoors and just used the house as a place to rest our heads.

Great family getaway

Well, it does need to be updated, but, great place for a family getaway. Home has a large open living area in the center with a bedroom (king bed and bunk beds) and full bath to the left and two bedrooms (one with a queen, the other with a king and bunk beds) and another full bath to the right. Sceened in outdoor space and gated front and back decks which was great for our dog. Loads of dogs in the area! There is so much to do in the OP community, great park for children, skateboard park, awesome farmers market on Saturdays, pool, golf, restaurants, and more. Ocean Pines is close to shops, restaurants, casino and racetrack, the beach, and loads of entertainment for the kids. We'll return!

Pretty Good!

Overall, this rental is pretty good. I was a bit disappointed with the lights in one of the bathrooms. We had to keep switching the light switch on and off so that we can get the entire lights turned on. Having said that, the lights closest to the mirror never did turn on. We also could tell this house is an old house and could use some upgrades.

Always a great stay

Sue's wonderful home is always extremely clean & welcoming as we walk through the door. We have stayed several times & love the house & location. The open LR, DR & kitchen is amazing, especially for large families. We've had a full Thanksgiving dinner there & had everything we needed & then some. Love the screened porch & the deck for coffee or drinks. Being on the canal is so very peaceful & it's an easy walk to the pool, tennis courts & lovely path to the water. We were there during TS Ophelia & it was extremely windy & we had pouring rain, but we felt very safe & were completely dry. This was a last minute trip & we were very fortunate that Sue was able to work with us & secure our stay. Very grateful. Sue is the best! We will definitely try to rent Sue's beautiful home in the future. Thank you SO much!

Ocean Pines Mini Vacation

Property was just ok. Was in a nice area, no complaints there. House seemed clean, but a few things need attention as house was sort of run down. The master bath was extremely dark, and the motion lite over tub was annoying as it kept going out. The tub was in extremely poor condition. The 2nd bath was brighter, but only 2 small knobs to hand towels. Towel hooks are definately needed in both bathrooms. Better lighting is needed in all the rooms. Description of house should be clear that tv is streaming only. If a vacationer doesn't stream, they are pretty much out of luck. The "live tv" is old reruns, even the evening news. Overall, it was simply ok for the 4 days I was there.

Old home that has not been maintained. Rent as a last resort

Old home which in itself is not bad...just this one. Yard waste left in driveway. One bedroom powered by power strip and extension cords because outlets do not work. No outlets in one bathroom. The Master bath light worked some of the time. No light on the back deck. Screen porch light was rope lights from an extension cord. Internet did not work at times and was very slow. No dock and space on seawall difficult to get into because of docks on both sides. Lots of "Are you kidding me " moments. I would be embarrassed to rent this place with so many items not working or deficient. Lots of creative photography used in site photos.
