HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed. (Penalty Fee)
2. No smoking allowed. (Penalty Fee)
3. No pets allowed.
4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew.
8. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost or broken keys incur a replacement fee of $50. If lock need to be replaced it will also be charged. (If it applies)
11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

14. Please take the trash out before you leave.

16. Do not hang towels from balcony or windows

Great location

The apartment is nicely updated and modern. The grounds are beautiful and we had a view of the water. The bed is comfy. The bathroom is large. The only downside was the cleanliness. It needed a good deep cleaning as it had only been surface cleaned. The pool area was nicer than other Palmas Del Mar properties we have stayed in.

Quiet and Cozy

Location was perfect as we wanted to walk to the beach. Having been going to Palmas del Mar for years, this apartment was perfect. Great beach access, nice pools, super clean and well maintained with all the little extras you hope for to ease the visit. Made good use of the beach chairs and umbrellas.

We are impressed with the organization in the room, the updates, the view to the beach, the night and the mornings at the balcony was a dream. The walk to the area were amazing how everything it’s so clean and well maintained.

Our three week stay was great. The location of the unit was great with easy access to most things. The reason for a three star rating is the unit was not clean, just superfically clean. The fans and AC vents have not been cleaned in months. The window sills and windows very dirty. The kitchen cabinents were full of grease and were never cleaned from the last guest. Upon on entry we noticed that the toilet water valve was turned off so I turned it on to discover the toilet continuely leaked. This indicated to me that someone new it was broken but chose not to fix it. I messaged the host with my issues and they said they would send someone to fix the toilet and someone to clean the unit the next day after we sent them photos they requested. The toilet was fixed the next day but the cleaning team never showed. I asked if the cleaning team was ever coming the following week and I never got a response. Additionally, the bed sheets were worn and smelled like cheese. They had a second pair of sheets thank goodness. Something else you should know, the pool has a hot tub but it is not hot. The maintenance personnel told me they don't want to pay to keep it hot. Finally, I would say it would be a great place to stay if the host paid attention to details.

Perfect week stay!

Lovely clean modern condo on the second floor overlooking the third hole of the golf course. Well equipped kitchen to enjoy smoothies( nija blender) coffee, cooktop, full size fridge with freezer. Comfy bed. Short walk to long beach for early morning walks. Beach chairs and beach towels came in handy for afternoon frolic in the significant waves. Clean refreshing pools steps from condo. Restaurants on site, 5 minute drive at Palmanova complex. Note: self- checkin was slightly confusing —condo is located in the back from main 4 storey buildings, look for “building C”. As a couple, we enjoyed our stay very much! Recommend.
