The main house features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright, tropical-style living room with modern decor—perfect for whipping up your favorite dishes! It has 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, along with 2 full bathrooms.

POOL HOUSE
The pool house offers its own cozy living room with a sofa bed, a queen-sized bed, and a full bathroom, creating a private retreat within the villa.

OUTSIDE TERRACE & POOL AREA
Enjoy sunny days by your private pool, complete with tanning beds and comfortable patio furniture. For your safety, surveillance cameras are installed outside.

Check-in: 4:00 pm | Check-out: 11:00 am
Max occupancy: 10 guests
Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am (no parties or loud activities during these hours)
Use towels and linens only for their intended purposes; avoid staining them with food, grease, or other substances.
Do not use towels for cleaning spills.
No subletting allowed.
Please avoid hanging towels from balconies or windows.

10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost or broken keys incur a replacement fee of $50. If lock need to be replaced it will also be charged. (If it applies)
11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
13. Please do your dishes.
14. Please take the trash out before you leave.
15. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. (Penalty Fee)
16. Do not hang towels from balcony or windows
